Ordered a hat for an upcoming event and overall the experience was alright. The product itself was good quality and matched the photos on the site, so no complaints there. Delivery was a bit slower than I expected, and I didn’t get much communication along the way, which left me guessing at times.

When it finally arrived, everything was fine, but I just felt like the process could be a bit smoother and clearer. Not a bad company at all, think they could tighten up the service side a little.

A Wrong colour of hat was sent to me and i wrote to complain, but no one ever responded to my complaint.

This fascinator arrived promptly. It is well made and gorgeous colour price was very good price to and its very good quality too can’t wait to wear for the wedding I have at Easter. if your thinking about buying a fascinator/hat I would definitely recommend xxx

Nice hats but very careful if ordering more than 2 to ensure colour matching/style they will only refund 90% of your money if you return them. Also very bad at replying to emails unless you go through the contact form. No telephone number either. Would not shop with them again.

This hat cost about 25% of the ones I saw in shops. It is lovely and I shall be wearing it with pride to a wedding later in the year.

They managed to source one for me and within a couple of days it arrived and was perfect. They asked a few questions to ensure it was the right colour and they got it 100% right.
