Definitely got correct email address, double checked order sheet and email sent. In email I detailed that the fascinator had a loose feather (lying in bottom of box) and I attached a photo. If u email directly I can attach a copy of original email. Once I receive a full refund, I will delete the review.
Updated review. Emails were sent direct to ur email address on the order sheet.
Ordered fascinator from them and when I opened the box there was a loose feather at the bottom. Took photo and emailed them, requesting full cash refund as damaged and also not the correct colour for my outfit. Two emails later and have still not received a response. I have returned the item recorded delivery so will wait on outcome

Our returns policy is clearly set out on our website and is the standard in UK law - UK Consumer Contracts Regs.
As explained, we set our prices based on overheads (including the cost of returns) and as such we cannot waive the terms of our returns policy in the same way a customer cannot waive part of their payment. This is not the way any contract works!
We did reply to you several times by email making our position, and indeed the UK law, clear.
