I withdrew without any problems.
I also send them an email question and they replied very quick I should say.

It's a scam! Can't access the account. No response from support for several weeks. Don't use it!
P.S. Watch out for the fake positive reviews.

Ascendex is a scam. Stay away from it. I put assets there to stake and they simply never staked them. After months of chasing and being fobbed off I had to give up and ‘unstake’ my assets at a 2 percent loss. In all honestly though, once it was clear to me that it was a scam I feel lucky to have actually gotten something back. Never again.

My account has been frozen by Ascendex for no good reason, and despite submitting two tickets over the last 4 weeks, I still have had no response and no access.

I contacted customer service by email, and the only response I had was to send me the link to submit a ticket! I emailed to say I had already tried this, and not heard back at all.

I have funds in Ascendex which I am frozen out of accessing. They have basically stolen my money! DO NOT USE THIS SCAMMY EXCHANGE!!! You will lose your funds to them.

As many others here wrote. Ascendex was one of few places where you could stake AKT back in 2022. As lots of us I did that as well because I liked the project and I was hodling it through the whole bear market and once I got breakeven I looged on the exchange to find out that I have 0 balance.
On top of that I was able to login only via google login and not via my passwords reset (also scammy vibes). They are hiding behind their Terms of use where they buried this inactivity fee which is not done on a monthly bases as you would expect but convinietly just before the bullrun at november when the AKT was at its lowest. Not speaking of any kind of information about inactivity fee with mail or so. And if I should bet, the inactivity fee was invented in bear market so you basically has no chance. After few mails, their customer support stopped responding.
AVOID AT ALL COST

They steal my akash token (worth almost 600$) with an inactivity fee of 10$ a month (every month!) I haven't been barely informed via mail. I see many others are writing reviews about the same issue. They should pay for that. Valuation: 0.

I. have been unable to withdraw my funds for more than three months! all attempts to contact them and fix it did not work. Eventually they stop answering and ban you in telegram. Total scam, blatant theft, should be prosecuted. Contacted Gage Bowser, Manny, Will Rush and all their contacts in telegram and costumer support with no results.

WARNING: Be aware exchange is stealing user funds and stops responding to tickets and telegram messages!

Took all my money as an inactivity fee after 12 months during bear market. Didn't get any email with notification or anything. Ive got other small exchanges and whatever I left 2-3 years ago it's still there, only these scam thief's are stile my money.
AVOID at all costs.

I participated in their "reward center" for a year, logging in every day and doing crypto operations to reach the goal of 100k Sats, so I could get them and convert them into btc as a reward. but the system doesn't add them to my wallet and when I asked for assistance they told me that they won't and will never give them to me because according to them there was a risk error linked to my account. and there's no way to fix it. yet I have enabled all the security options provided by their site and I can do all the other crypto operations. plus I never received any security alert by email. only the crypto reward they have to give me, "casually" cannot be given. how strange...

UPDATE: after months they finally gave me my sats. I don't know if for a resolved bug or else, but I get them. I still leave one star for the whole situation

Terrible liquidity and they charge a $23 minimum withdrawal fee for any coin on the Eth chain, avoid at all costs!

I lost my deposit, there was no info on my mailbox that they are delisting a token that I had (500 USD). They won't give you back your money. They won't even answer! There is even no history of my deposit! I only have a mail from 2021. DON'T USE IT, or you might be scammed

I recently lost all my coins due to an "inactivity fee".

While this is listed in their incredibly-long TOS as a "$10 inactivity fee", what it doesn't mention is that they will take $10 from your holdings EVERY MONTH. Until there is nothing left.

This happened during the bear market, when the value was very low. Coins are currently worth $800, which is what I paid for them. So I'm $800 out of pocket.

Also the record of me buying the coins on their exchange has simply been erased. And no calculations as to how they calculated this. And no email notification that this took place, obviously.

Daylight robbery. Never using them again. They are absolute thugs.

Staked Coins in Vault. All gone because of inactvity fee. Asked for a bill and a process how it was calculated monthly, the answer was it's not possible.
I reported this practice to my Federal Financial Supervisory Authority. And so should you.

My tokens are gone because they got delisted. I have never received any notification:)))) They just say sorry there is nothing we can do and THATS it. Can you imagine??? Hahaha

Has anyone managed to unfreeze their account ? After trying to make a withdraw my account has been frozen.
I have had no luck getting in touch with someone that can unfreeze and let me continue with the withdraw.

Been over two weeks now !!

Do NOT deal with this company. They stole over a million OMI Tokens from my account. They told me that they charge $10 for an inactive account which I was not aware of but will not leave the account with Nil but that's exactly what they have done to me. I have written to them numerous times but they are just ignoring me.

Been waiting for 1.5 months (and counting) to get a question answered on why I can't access my funds..... This is unacceptable. Dudes are totally untrustworthy. Am reporting to police.
