I ordered a shirt and it was not even close to the listing (buttons a different color, embroidery was a print of embroidery, stitching was entirely different, pattern was blurry, hemming was entirely different, cut was different, and much more). There was no process on the website to initiate a refund, and when I emailed, the company forced me to send them pictures as proof that their own product listing was a scam. I have not yet received a refund
