These guys suck. I called two days ago and payed to “ reserve” a porta potty.
They call one day before my party and delivery day and say they are all gone but if I pay an extra 100.00 they have one available. Made a phone call to another company and was helped right away.

I ordered online, everything went smooth. Dumpster was delivered exactly where I asked for it. It was delivered early. I have not filled and returned yet, but I don’t for-see any issues.

The tech who delivered the porto potty was able to put it where I asked. He was helpful and told me about if I needed to lock it up, and gave me a lock and key. Also I like that its serviced each week etc. Great fast service and great communication.

At first, I was happy to find this service to empty my RV black/gray water (30-60 gal) available. Also, the first person I spoke with was friendly, accessible, and placed my correct order with ease. However, there was mass confusion on service day: driver was confused despite notes, call operators were not in sync with driver, and service window was way too wide to predict when driver would arrive. Now, I am trying to get service again and no operators are getting orders through and mass confusion again: wrong order, no available days, out of sync communication. And I was charged before service rendered this time. Complete failure to provide simple, easy service—and I need monthly removals.

Both staff I transacted with to rent portable toilets were very warm and kind. Their price is reasonable, I will come back for another rental in the future. Thank you.

Between the customer service representatives and the service reps that cleaned the porta potty weekly for a couple of months, this truly is a 5 or as I'd like to say, a 10 Star Rate business

Great experience with the team. No real issues with ASAP but the local company that performed drop off and pickup had some issues sticking to schedule! ASAP was a big help throughout!

Not charging two times before the delivery of the temporary toilet and giving hard time ti return the second charge.
And after the delivery bot cleaning it for two weeks.

First, Dumpster delivered a month late. I Reached out on Monday to find out what day of the week it is scheduled to be emptied and we still have not heard any response on a simple question that should have been answered while I was on the phone with them.

The container I ordered wasn’t delivered as promised. I had to reschedule the job. Do not use this company! Poor customer service throughout the process as well.
