Booked a Caribbean Cruise at Artisan Escapes for January. Excellent service from start to finish from Joanne. She was very patient with me and gave me a variety of itineraries to look at. Always at the end of the phone for advice.

This was our first booking with Artisan and it was perfect! From start to finish the team were brilliant - they made sure we had the most magical, once in a lifetime experience in Lapland! There were lots of extra touches that were examples of great customer service but arranging for the elf visit to our house to tell our 7-year old where he was going the week after was amazing! The personal touch really does make a difference from the faceless booking online.... and it was better value! Couldn't recommend enough!

Great service and communication from the team at Artisan travel, from the moment I made the enquiry through to a call a few days before the holiday.
Offered a number of options to choose and add on such as transfers.

We recently went on a last minute trip to Lapland and Artisan Escapes were nothing short of fantastic. Great communication and incredible value. All the staff are wonderful and friendly. They went above and beyond to make our trip extra special. We’ll definitely use Artisan Escapes again in future.

What a great holiday and a big thank you to Artisan Escapes and Megan their travel adviser. Nothing was any trouble and they planned the perfect holiday for us on Gran Canaria in the beautiful Puerto Mogan at the Raddison Blu. Full itinerary, transfers and more. Updated us and provided timely reminders before, during and even a welcome home. Not the first time we've used Artisan Escapes and certainly won't be the last. This is what service should be and delivered by a team that genuinely care about you and giving you the very best holiday and travel experience.

We have used Artisan Escapes numerous times over the last few years and have never been disappointed. They helped us choose a hotel and location (and I ask lots of questions!) and can sort everything including check in if you want them to, and even managed to get us the best jet2 price.
Ann and the team are second to none and we would highly recommend them. In fact have already made lots of recommendations to our friends to use them. Now just to book our next trip!

Megan ensured that we got exactly the holiday we were looking for on our 25th Wedding Anniversary! The flights, hotel and transfers were seamless and we didn't have to worry about anything. Will definitely use the services again!

Nothing was too much trouble. They are a great team. We couldn’t book online as a group so Ann did it for us and sorted everything out. We struggled when it came to checking in online and so I just emailed pictures of our passports and they did it all for us. Had the best Hen Party in Benidorm. Wish I could do it all again.
