Amazing customer service to book what for us was a holiday of a lifetime- we were given lots of advice and ideas and incorporated a trip to Hong Kong Australia and then Thailand - all flights transfers and hotels arranged we didn’t have to worry about a thing! We’ve since booked a package with Artisan and will definitely return for any future needs! Thank you to Ann and the team it’s been amazing

The staff at Artisan are exceptional, nothing is too much trouble, what ever you ask for, if it can be done they will do it. We have booked several holidays with Artisan Escapes at Whalley, including 5 star luxury hotels, a family holiday with the grandchildren. We explained our needs and they were met every time. Just returned from 5 days in Rome to celebrate my daughter’s 18th birthday and we had a fantastic time. Received updates about changes to flight times and a courtesy call before travelling to check all in order. The hotel was perfect for our needs, very central and within budget. Everything was organised really well and the advice regarding WiFi and drinks package was invaluable. The call a couple of weeks before departure was welcome.

Ann and her colleagues were absolutely wonderful in helping us plan our Panamanian cruise. Nothing was too much trouble and she went above and beyond organising any transfers, accommodation and paperwork required. Would highly recommend.

We usually book our own trips & itineraries but were looking for something special that would be organised for us. Jo was incredibly helpful suggesting various options before coming up with the perfect combination of a small group tour in Sri Lanka followed by relaxation in The Maldives.
