Hamper received on time. Excellent packaging and products look great, not yet tried.

Good products, but delivered a day early (the recipient works M-Fri) so I requested a Saturday delivery. Fortunately the box arrived quite late on Friday afternoon (DHL) and the recipient was home. They were delighted with the contents, so I am pleased. Thank you for your overall service.

If you're planning to order from these people be EXTRA careful with your delivery options around Christmas! I placed an order for delivery on December 23rd but because their checkout defaults to the faster delivery date it was delivered at the beginning of December.

I contacted customer service to ask why, and was given a stroppy response that they "had told me twice" that the delivery would be quicker than I wanted. It turned out that during checkout you have to specifically select the more expensive option to choose a set date rather than accepting the default option which will overwrite whatever date you chose.

Sloppy website aside, the product isn't special. Most of the goods in it can be found at Waitrose, M&S or the Selfridge's food hall - there's nothing particularly artisan here. It's handy for branding options and for putting a number of different products in one hamper without having to shop around but this experience will absolutely be my last.

This company offered a range of products that I knew would suit the recipient. I was aiming for wine, chutneys ,chocolate rather than cheese and the usual Xmas goods and found everything I wanted with Artisan Deli.
The company was also very prompt in fixing an address error which I greatly appreciated.
Communication was very good.
I was kept informed about the progress of the hamper and it was delivered as requested.

The recipient loved the look of the hamper. It was my stupid mistake that I sent it a month before Christmas, but hopefully she'll still be enjoying it then! I bought 5 this year after gtg my sister's family one last year which was very well received

The whole team at artisan hampers were extremely conscientious and kind and helped me to get hampers delivered as party favours. We discussed what would be most suitable delivery given busy dates around the time of the party and they recommended that we have them delivered sooner rather than later. In retrospect I think was exactly the right decision to take and it was a pleasure dealing with everyone. Of equal importance everything was delivered reliably on time and the hampers themselves are beautifully packed presented and I don't yet know whether they're delicious because the party isn't until tomorrow although the ingredients look fantastic

Great selection to personalise your hamper! I love the locally sourced items and ability to choose exactly what you want across savoury, sweet, drinks and seasonal items, Delivery was on the stated date which as an anniversary present meant a lot!

I recently ordered a hamper for a close friend and I was extremely impressed! The selection of hampers was superb, such a great variety at really reasonable prices. The service was excellent too, and delivery was incredibly quick. My friend was absolutely thrilled with her gift. Highly recommended, and I’ll definitely be buying from here again!

First class service! Sent a hamper to my friend for her birthday and needed next day delivery. The hamper arrived as requested and I was informed of progress along the way. I also liked that I could choose my own products (I wanted a Spanish themed gift). Highly recommend this company.

I recently ordered a cheese & charcuterie hamper as a birthday gift for a relative.
The hamper didn’t arrive until 3 days after the selected date despite the order saying it would be delivered using a 24hr courier because of the perishable food.
I then had to deal with their hapless customer services who were completely useless in resolving the issue, offering a quite frankly pathetic £9.70 refund on an £80 hamper where most of the food ended up in the bin.
For me, the sign of a good company is how they handle situations when things go wrong. Artisan Deli Market is utterly clueless in this regard. The right thing to do would have been to send a replacement hamper with a more reliable courier, but they wouldn’t do this.
Spare yourself the grief and shop elsewhere.
