Thank you for your review. We’re sorry the product wasn’t the right fit. That said, the 1-star rating is not a fair reflection of the service provided. Our team spent significant time across multiple messages trying to help you, and we offered exchange/return options within our policy. What we could not agree to was your request for additional items to be shipped at no cost “to compare,” with the intention of returning what you didn’t want. That’s not a reasonable or sustainable expectation for any business. For that reason, we’re comfortable concluding we’re not the right fit going forward.
More brown than I thought, but...
You know what, I bought this product thinking that it would be more red. Mine came to me as a pretty polished light brown color...but that's okay. I was dismayed about it at first, but it really grew on me. The quality is good and there is a warning that the color might not be exactly as advertised, to be fair. I'm not sure if that's what people want to hear, but hey, the plain color reminded me that a mala isn't necessarily a fashion statement, but a display/instrument of devotion or faith.

Fraudulent website
Bought a product from the website about a month ago. It was for a birthday gift which didn’t arrive on time. While waiting, I contacted the shop to ask when it will be delivered but got no reply on my two emails.
Once I received the product, I was surprised to see how different it is compared to what’s shown on the website (in a negative way) and it is of extremely poor quality for the price I paid. So I decided to return it but that is impossible. After sending more than 5 emails during the last 2-3 weeks on how I can return the product (which is a right by law in the EU for any online sales), I have gotten zero replies from this company. The website has no phone support and don’t reply to any emails so it seems not possible to return a product.
By all means, this looks like a complete scam so I am taking this to the respective authorities for investigation. I would recommend to avoid buying anything from this website at all cost - it’s a fraud.

Thanks for your reply. Please provide me with a working email address that you have so I can forward you my correspondence with the return requests. I have sent emails to your support email with my intention to return the product this year on February 23rd, February 27th, March 5th, March 7 -> got no replies whatsoever. Isn't that the correct email? At least that is what is listed on your website.
I obviously do not want any new product from you - the product I ordered was delivered with big delay, it was very different from what is shown on your website and I was not allowed to return it (which is illegal in the EU). The only way for you to make things right is to fully and immediately refund my order 22394 as I have requested numerous times. Otherwise, you are just further providing that you are a fraudulent website.

La plupart de nos produits venant d'Asie et directement des producteurs artisans, certains produits ont en effet un délais de livraison un peu plus long que la normale (auquel cas, cela est clairement indiqué sur la description du produit).
A noter que pendant la période estivale, les transporteurs prennent beaucoup de retard sur le traitement des commandes.
