3 labels sticked on the front of mirror, directly on the glass. Not acceptable.

Nice products. They can connect to the smartphone. Many options to get exactly what you want.

I have yet to install the mirror but there was a whole ORDEAL with UPS, one of the most unprofessional delivery companies ever. First of all, their policies do not require the drivers to notify you that they have a package, note that on their website, when tracking the package, it was not showing as out for delivery, so I had no way of knowing that it was going to arrive that day. When I called UPS and complained that I specifically asked on your website to be notified 1 hour in advance of the delivery so I could get home, they said it was Artforma's fault for not selecting an option which allows sending SMS/emails regarding package delivery and that either way they don't notify people one hour in advance. It took 3 days and about 8 calls for the package to finally be delivered. You must change to a different delivery company because there is absolutely no way that I will ever deal with UPS again.

I really like the look of the mirror, but am disappointed that I can't see the time when the mirror light is on. I also would love to know when the defrost is turned on - I am not sure if I have turned it on or if I need to hit the button again. I am really hoping that there is a solution for the clock because otherwise really what is the point of getting the clock in the mirror?

The mirror is of medium quality but not great, the price should be a little lower.
Customer care services could improve comunication, at least in Romania.

I ordered 2 mirrors from this seller. The first arrived harder, with delays probably due to the winter holidays. The second came promptly (five days for international shipping).
Artforma products are well built and finished, it remains to be seen how they will behave over time.

The entire entire mirror is built from materials poor qualitative, including the power on/ Off Button and the difusor.

I have to touch many times to can power on the light.

Very nice mirrors, good quality and looking really nice on walls. Unfortunately, the shipping lasted really long...all in all we are happy with our order and recomend the brand.

I can not modify The clock, IT is 2 hours behind my Time, în România, i expect some explicațion, and The mirror, The glue on The part behind The mirror, în some places IT is very visible în front!

Poor communication over delivery.
We weren’t sure about one parcel was lost or delayed. The traking notification was about 1 parcel instead of 3, so it wasn’t useful.
The email response to our question was in 3 days😌
The courier called us when he was in the front of the house, no sms, no prior phone.

Product looks nice and everything is ok. More transparency during the delivery process would be helpful.

Easy to order but also very customizable, arrived safe and very carefully packed, looks exacly the way the pictures show, easy to install and a pleasure to use.
