An excellent product and a great working team

We bought a mirror with Led back light from Artforma and we are very satisfied. The mirror was transported quickly, it was really well packed and the question I asked before ordering was also answered rapidly. The instructions were clear and the mirror gives our restroom a very luxurious look.

It came on schedule,, was wrapped well and is beautiful

From beginning to end the staff was beyond helpful and professional. Answered emails pretty quickly! The mirror itself looks amazing. Beyond happy!!!
Only thing is wish they had a physical store near me so I could see the vanity light in person before I order to pick the right light color. It’s still gorgeous and I love it!!!

Doesn’t work iPad inside mirror which is supposed to have Apple TV does not get past welcome screen - doesn’t work at all

I loved how easy the ordering process was and I especially appreciated being able to customize the mirrors how I wanted. I was a bit nervous that the mirrors were coming all the way from Poland to the US. However, both mirrors arrived without any damage and earlier than I expected. Highly recommend!

The mirror was a real disappointment. First they make it seem like the makeup mirror zooms in and out by touch when it doesn’t zoom at all. Then when you see pictures of mirrors saying that it has the makeup feature the mirror is entirely the same making it seem like the makeup feature is hidden until you touch the mirror to make it appear. When in actuality the feature stands out like a sore thumb all the time. Next I had a really hard time trying to get the wifi to connect the first time. It took days and now it keeps disconnecting for no reason. It also has only told me that it’s cloudy outside. On a day that it was sunny out I went and looked at the mirror and it still said cloudy. Finally the mirror seems to get really hot! I can feel the heat coming off the mirror when putting on my makeup.

Update to the reply:
When I was dealing with the wifi issue I had followed all instructions and I still had the problem. Don’t make it out like I didn’t follow instructions but once I finally did it started working bc that is not the case! I had to do my own thing and find my own solution to get it to partially work. It still isn’t fixed though bc it disconnects whenever it wants. And now it’s even more of a disappointment bc customer service is horrible!

Looks beautiful delivery time was awesome we are so happy 😊

Why do you ask customers for reviews? If you don’t like the review, then you go to the review board and ask them to have it taken down or have another customer complain about the review! This is not good business. I understand you’re in another country but the fact is I am up till two and three in the morning. You’re seven hours away I know what time it is where you’re at you still chose to not respond to me when you did choose to respond to me you sent it via Instagram, which I do not go frequent that site. The mirror is beautiful but the mirror does not work. The Bluetooth still does not work on the mirror when I contacted you you said there’s no volume. It works perfect well then have someone come out to my home and check it before you sit there and call me a liar to the mirror on the receipt is dimmable the mirror is not dimmable, so basically I paid several thousands of dollars for a mirror that doesn’t do what it supposed to do! If my review offends you, it doesn’t begin to tell you how offended I am that a company could charge so much money and not stand behind the products, so if you want to have somebody take down my review that’s up to you but the fact is you do not stand behind your products you sent me an email via Instagram as I said instead of sending me a text message to my phone which you have or to my email you did not do either therefore you chose to go through an e-commerce system that doesn’t usually get looked at signed very dissatisfied. Customer with a mirror that still doesn’t work!

I had my installers say they had no mounting brackets for my mirror. After seeing the instruction manuel everything was as it should have been with a beautiful mirror. Thanks.

It’s a beautiful mirror. It was delivered on time in a great condition. I had to hire an electrician to install it because it has to be connected to the switch.

Great product...quality and exactly as I ordered. I was a but nervous as it was coming from overseas..Poland...but it went great!

My mirror arrived in a timely manner and I appreciated knowing when it entered the country and the tracking of the arrival. The mirror has clean lines and is quite luminous. It enhances my bathroom space and makes my bathroom unique.

Considering the price of the mirror you would expect the mirror to be of better quality. Sub-standard quality. I highly advise you do not purchase from this company as you are unable to return the goods. I waited a whole month for the mirror to be delivered only to be disappointed. This is a polish company. The mirrors they come from Poland which they fail to mention. Had many issues getting the mirror delivered as the company had not provided sufficient paperwork to ups. The company now goes by name of art Artforma Britain which is very misleading as they are based in Poland. The alarm bells should have gone off when the prompt appeared advising the order could not be cancelled. The prompt appeared once the purchase was complete!

Amazing Mirror! Arrived perfecty. Works perfectly. Great all around.

The mirror is great. However the drywall Molly bolts pulled right out with the weight of the mirror. I had to open up the wall and put in blocking and used the wood hooks.

OMG! I bought 2 and they are PERFECT for my update! In fact, I am planning to purchase at least 3 more! ❤️❤️❤️
