Russ is such a great rep for this company. He explains details thoroughly and follows up on every email/phone call. I had never used transfers before and with his help and attention to detail, my clients received shirts that they love with transfers on the front, back and inside tag. I'll be ordering from Art Brands frequently!

Qality, quick delivery. Problem I see that is not too much children sizes. Eg. in cats, tygres, trains, hunting, fishing, skuls, horses.

I ordered and recieved my order very quickly. Well packaged and correct. I love the variety and styles of art available.

My first purchase was Trump legends never die. Was impressed with the quality of transfers. I then decided to order a custom transfer. I didn't have a clue on what I was doing. Russ walked me through the entire process step by step. Reached out twice by phone to get opinion on the photos he sent of the transfer. Just an all around professional and easy process.

The product turned out better than expected. The color was vibrant. The transfer of the logo to the material was smooth.

The one thing I would highly recommend is that ArtBrand add a feature for customers to preview their submission before purchase. Customers sometimes inadvertently add the wrong image and don’t realize it until the product arrives.

If Art-Brand believes every order is a joint collaboration between them and the customer then I would think that they make a “preview” option a top priority to help prevent human error and save their customers money from having reorder the correct product.

The first order was f up the dragon didn't line up and they told me they will not replace my shirts that were messed up from the bad transfers I sent the shirt for replacement or I'm done with your transfers. You should get shirts on Monday 29 2024
