Bad service

I was quoted a price for a rear window replacement on the 25th of June and was scheduled to have it replaced on the 30th. I was asked to be by the phone between 0730 and 0900 for the auto tech to call with a replacement time. At 0915 I called Arrow to find out what was going on and after waiting on hold for 15 minutes was told they couldn't get an aftermarket window so can not do the job. I asked why no one called to tell me this and was told sorry and hung up on. They had no intention of calling and telling me they were not going to do the job after I waited for 5 days.

Long story short

Long story short, State Farm set up an appt for Arrow Auto Glass to replace my windshield. Gus (if I remember correctly) came out and replaced. Discovered afterward that the molding was sticking up in the corner, and the windshield was leaking there as well. Called State Farm agent who had owner / mgr J.P. Rollins call. He left an insulting messagr looking at the picture I submitted to State Farm saying it looked like glass had been hit. Gus comes back to inspect, and says molding is just cosmetic glass won't leak. He couldn't understand that poor work on the moldilg was by itself unacceptable, or that I wasn't saying the leak was because of the molding. He offered to put some putty in the gap between the glass and frame inside the car, anf cut the molding so it wouldn't stand up. He tried to claim the leak wss from our sunroof. He poured water in the sunroof tray and it drained properly, but he didn't check windshield at all. Went back and told office it didn't leak. Agent called and related tech could not get it to leak.
I related bad experience to agent. They sent out a 2nd tech to check. First words out of his mouth were, "It's just cosmetic." I told him cosmetic still counts and the job needed to be done right. Then i had him sit in the seat and close the door while i poured water on the corner and he started banging on the glass as it leaked on him. I told him Gus broke the rearview mirror on installation and Cory the 2nd tech now said he would fix that with the glsss. I tokd him he wouldn't be touching my car. No putyy jobs, no cutting my molding. No shodfy work lying company doing any more work on my car. Wish trust pilot allowed pictures.
Solution? Only one possible. Never use Arrow Auto Glass! They are corrupt. No company with owners and employees all lying and doing shoddy work and being partnered with an insurance company to automatically get business can be trusted or fixed.
