Completed my 200hrs YTT from Arogya Yoga School. It has been a great month, filled with fun, learning, love and memories. Missing this place already.
Hope to come back soon for 300hrs YTT course.🙏🏻

I came here for YTTC 200hrs, I had an amazing experience. The management and the teachers are very professional and humble. The food is great too.

I just completed 200 hours TTC from Arogya Yoga School and I must it was one of the best experiences of my life. The people are friendly and teachers are very experienced. To those who are planning to take yoga course or simply go for a short retreat in Rishikesh must opt for AYS.

Hi everybody, myself hemachandra and I’ve just completed my 200 hrs TTC from AROGYA YOGA SCHOOL and I must say that without fail it is on of the best schools of yoga. The teaching is slow, steady and intensive. Don’t take it wrong when I say slow. When I say slow it means that it will sink in so deep that the experience will remain unforgotten and always cherished. I never thought my body could change so immensely in such a short period of time, but with in 2 weeks of practice I started finding lots of changes. My flexibility increased, strength increased , and weight unbelievably decreased..or I must say balanced . The food here is amazing and they only provide what must go into your body, a proper balanced healthy diet. The place , is wonderful. The river Ganga is just 10 minutes walk from the place and the school is surrounded by farm fields and mountains making it a feast for eyes each time you look out of your window.
So , I’d recommend to everyone I know and don’t know that this school is undoubtedly one of the best.

I have a deepest gratitude towards the Arogya yoga school Members ,As I Met one of the best Ashtanga teacher I have ever practised with ...Thankew Azad sir for giving us wonderful classes you are extremely knowledgeble and made lots of poses possible by breaking it all down.
Well Azad sir never pushes you to do Asanas but stiII give you Confidence to try different Asanas ,I feel totally rejuvunated and look forward to returning next year again .
Thankew Mahesh Sir for motivated us a lot in your classes , your classes were very energetic and Intellectual that's why we didn't evem missed (bunked) any of your class .Thankew for your positive energy thankew for sharing your knowledge (vedic knowledge too).we missed you presence during our yoga trip to Sem Mukhem.
Thankew Rajneesh sir You are the Best we students have enjoyed a lot with you Thankew for giving us a Homely environment. The facilities are so great ,Clean n classy room and So the food too..Thankew Amit sir and Rajneesh sir for giving your precious time to us ,we had enjoyed a lot with you in Caffes ☕temples ,every Sunday brunch and movies ,Christmas celebration..Thankew for everything 🤘

I really loved the atmosphere at the school.. faculty is excellent as they made learning interesting and easy.. staff is very efficient and food is out of this world.. the new establishment is located away from the city next to ganga river & hence is really peaceful..i loved every bit of my stay here

I had most amazing experience of my life in Arogya Yoga School. Each & every teacher is very calm & teaches with utmost devotion. The asana teacher, Azad is very graceful & patient ,that in itself gives you lot of confidence. I never thought yoga philosophy would be so interesting until I attended Nitin ji 's classes. Amravati ma'am is just very adorable. Her voice is enough to sooth you. She never let's your question remain unanswered.
I went to Arogya Yoga School with a troubled mind & a weak body and I have come with a peaceful mind & a strong & flexible body. I have got confidence, patience, tolerance ,clarity of thoughts & above all a peaceful mind. I would sincerely recommend this school for those who want to learn the true essence of yoga.
Last but not the least, the food is just too good.

I completed my TTC on the 28 December 2019. This review will be honest and will highlight all positive points and constructive feedback points.

The facilities are nice, in town and close to many stores and nature. However during 2020 they will be shifting to a different location, much bigger building with common areas and close by the river Ganga. We had the opportunity to visit the building in the construction process and I must say that location is stunning. So check before you go if it’s the new or the old location.

Food is outstanding as both chefs do their outmost to prepare delicious and nutritious meals on a daily basis. Definitely remarkable.

Teacher body per subject:
Asana/ Alignment/ Teacher methodology - Azad and he is quite outstanding. You grow to admire him and there is so much knowledge within him that he shares with grace and pleasure. His classes are challenging however extremely beneficial.

Philosophy - Ninteen. Amazing teacher and extremely knowledgeable. His classes are engaging and full of content. Truly blessed to have learned from him.

Anatomy- Praful unfortunately he was a big disappointment as he did not seem to enjoy teaching yoga anatomy at all. Most days he would come late and would talk about his subject for 10 minutes only. The remaining 50 minutes were his perception of the world, philosophy, criticism towards western culture and behaviors and overall not much anatomy.

Anatomy - Dr.E-Amaravathi. Spectacular!
Do check who it is that you are having as we were blessed to have our two last days of training with Doctor E.Amaravathi and she is truly spectacular. Should you have her for the whole month you could not ask for a better teacher.

Studio manager - Arun is an extremely patient and helpful being. He will do his outmost to create a blissful atmosphere and help you in any way posible should you need his assistance. The school should be proud of having him within their staff.

Do your research and ask around, at the end of the day this is my review from my own personal experience. You might perceive things differently. Overall it is a great school however do understand that yoga has unfortunately become a business so this training is all about YOU!! How you learn and how much time you put in to studying and preparing as this journey is yours. The school can just provide you with the tools you need to set on your path towards the journey of self discovery.
You shall become a certified teacher however you must always remain a practitioner.

I've just completed a 200 hours Yoga Therapy TTC. And I'm very happy with my choice. The school has very knowledgeable teachers, very supportive staff and friendly atmosphere. It felt like family there!
The program they offered was challenging in a very good way. It deepened my practice a lot. The whole course was very good organized. The course manager was always available and very committed.
Special thanks for the lovely trips on weekends, it was amazing!

I’m so grateful I found this yoga institution! The Yoga teacher is great, patient, and kind! All the staff from the people who make sure the food is ready to the director, you’ll be met with some of the kindest people you’ll ever met. The yoga classes are intense but you’ll be warmed up for it and properly trained. Rooms are good with hot water, fans, and enough covers for the winter. The other teachers you’ll have are also very intelligent and know what they teach. You’ll be inspired, challenged, and will grow in so many ways. Great job, Arogya school!

An amazing experience at arogya School during this 200 h ytt. The place is really Nice, the view is beautiful. All the teachers are brilliant, the staff very welcoming friendly and helpfull. The food was delicious. A deep experience that made me learn and grow a lot.

Everything about the school is absolutely amazing! The accomodation was good, the food was incredible, the teachers are really knowledgeable. I have learnt so much about the Yogic way of life and teaching and I couldn’t be happier! I would recommend this school to anyone looking to learn about Yoga or wanting to begin their yoga teacher journey.

I had such a wonderful time at this School, as I write this I have just completed my 200hours at this School.

It was a great experience at Arogya Yoga School. I learned a lot from professional teachers. Management team was superb specially Arun, Aditya and staff members were like a family to us specially Amit, Shankar, Dhan singh uncle.
Food was delicious and healthy.
Arogya school is the best place to spend your vacation and to gain vast knowledge of yoga.

The 200H Teacher Training Course at Arogya Yoga School has been refreshing, enriching, rejuvenating, and purely pristine. The location is just perfect, which makes you feel one with nature. The highly knowledgeable and amicable Gurus - Azad teacher, Ammu teacher, and Swamiji - are extremely dedicated to their respective fields and make the classes interesting and agreeable. Individual attention is paid to each and every student. The intensity of positivity is the biggest plus.
I would say it was the best decision to have chosen this school for my 200H TTC.

I just completed the 200 hour course at Arogya Yoga School and had one of the most incredible summers of my life. The teachers here really know their stuff and genuinely care. It was an intensive course for me but I loved it all and feel really grateful for the opportunity.
