Great experience at Arogya. Rajneesh is a good host at the school and take care of everything for the student. Felt at home over the 3 weeks. The daily schedule was suitable to allow for remote work and yoga classes.
Fresh healthy ‘sattvic’ food was prepared 3 times a day by Tej bhai.
Azad bhai is a true genuine yoga instructor who helps with alignment and posture. His yoga classes are so detailed and intense so much that people with years of experience learnt their own flaws. He certainly starts with developing strength and will not entertain advanced poses if he knows your body will not be able to handle it.
The location is about 20min it’s out of the main Tapovan area which is more peaceful and quiet, a short walk to the Ganga river and a few shops nearby.

Arogya yoga School is a very good Yoga TTC Center of Rishikesh. Teachers are very good and dedicated, staff is also welcoming and friendly. I Liked the course as well as excursions. I recommend this place for yoga TTC, thank you

I recently completed my 200 hr training from Arogya and it was an astounding experience. I felt blessed to be surrounded by amazing people at a place far from home and the crowded city. The atmosphere was extremely peaceful and all the good vibes / positive energy, it's mesmerizing and the food of course, I have started to miss it already and would love to be there again :) :)

I would recommend everyone to take a pause from your busy schedule and spend it at Arogya, It's more than just a school...

Rajneesh Sir is your go to person to resolve all your queries and take you on outings.. Azad sir is exceptionally patience with his students to make them learn all the Asana's.. the Anatomy lectures were simply superb to understand the concepts because of Mahesh sir and nevertheless Hari Om Ji/Nitin sir had made the philosophy class fun...All the students I met were simply charming and everyone out there is very cheerful and caring.. lots of love :)

Worth going to Arogya Yoga School as it is well managed by Mr Rajneesh , main yoga teacher Mr Azad bhatt has lot of experience who teaches his students very softly , Mr Nitin ( Hari Om ji ) teaches yoga philosophy class in a very beautiful way same is Mr Mahesh Bhatt who teaches anatomy class , both have vast experience . They have experienced chef like Mr Tajinder .

Arogya Yoga school is a home of love. This school has a tremendous positive vibe with birds always flying around, nesting and attending classes together with the students.
Every day home made fresh cooked food, daily routines you follow, friendly staff and professional classes, cozy rooms and the most positive environment. You feel Like you are at home, accepted with open arms here. Highly highly recommend this school.
School workers and teachers are very competitive and devoted to their job. Students get to experience not just the learning process of Yoga, but true inner changes and blisses. Everyone connects on a deeper level and learns from each other. It is a life changing experience if you fully submerge and open your mind fully.

I had a total blast in this school that can not even be described if not experienced by it’s own self and I will be grateful for this my whole life. That’s why I already plan my way back here to India again. 🙏🤍🧚‍♀️✨🙏🧘🏼‍♀️

For Asana practice,
Our Yoga Trainer Azad Sir, kept the intensity of the class challenging which pushes you to your full potential.
Individual attention was also given with posture correction.

For the Theory Classes-
Although optional for retreat students, I attended a few classes.
I'm not a person who is much into the philosophy part of Yoga but these classes are intriguing, interactive and fun to attend.

I did my 200hr YTT course online and it was really impactful on my spiritual journey and on my level of discipline as I live 9.5 hours behind the timezones of the school, which required me to make certain sacrifices to attend my classes. The teachers were always pleasant, observant and inspiring. I really enjoyed my experience and I can't wait to visit the school in Rishikesh in the near future.

I completed the RYT 200 training here and had an immersive experience that was full of learning in a supportive and welcoming environment. The teachers were great at attending to the abilities, interests, and learning goals and are just excellent and inspiring in their own way, bringing, their own style, approach, knowledge, and experiences to their teachings which enriched the learning experience.

Staying at the school was so fulfilling, the amazing food, weekend meditation walks along the Ganga (active meditation), the Kirtan sessions and YES, the relations you build staying together with people from various parts of the world, their experiences, learnings, cultural sharing, just wow.

Overall, a very memorable and absolutely positive experience that has deepened my practice and inspired further learning in yoga. HARI OM

Arogya Yoga school was the one I selected among at least top 10 yoga schools of Rishikesh for my Yoga Teachers Training Course. And after going there, I felt I took the right decision. It feels like you are at home and all are like family members. Rajnish Sir is very good and caring. Azad Sir is best yoga teacher I have seen so far. I had the best experience for my 200 hr ytt at Arogya! I am grateful I stumbled upon this school as the memories I made during my month stay I will forever cherish. I miss all of my teachers at Arogya who guided me and all of the fellow yogis I met. One of the best months of my life.

Happy with the way they treat me, everyone is so supportive. Everything is nice here including food, place, ambiance, people. Well-designed Anatomy class and philosophy class with proper guidance. Also Yoga practical sessions are well designed.
