Placed an order for croc's and as of yet, we have not received our order!!!
It took over 2 weeks (upon order and payment) to receive the pack.
Many emails regarding tracking etc received in Czech language (although the order was clearly sent from Switzerland.
Some original packaging were opened and content appeared to be taken out (might be also at the level of the wholesaler).
However, the customer service appears to be highly responsive and cooperative, giving their best to solve the issues.
