Global Riviera - Airport Transfer Reviews 

I just wanted to say how great of a service I received. The process was seamless and efficient. I was recently in Spain and had a horrible experience with an Uber driver, so this was really just what I needed for a car service. Whenever I come back to Mexico, I'll be sure to use your services again and I'll be letting my family and friends know about you as well.

The transportation services that my wife and I received were superb. They met us at the airport on arrival and were very easy to find. On our departure date, they arrived at the exact time they said they would. The vehicles were exceptionally clean and the drivers were very polite and professional.

Responsive, accurate, and timely. They even came early when we had a last minute change!

The automobile service was absolutely great! The driver was at the designated location with a sign with our last name and was clearly visible. The driver was pleasant and friendly. The automobile was very clean and the trip was smooth and pleasant. I would highly recommend using this service for exclusive pickup and delivery to and from the airport to the resort and back.

I ordered this service completely online and never spoke to anyone. It was EXCELLENT IN EVERY WAY!

The email response was exactly what I expected, the service sent photos of where to meet the driver and the driver holding my sign saying my name on it! So very easy and fast to find at the airport. It only took a couple minutes for the driver to get us loaded and off to our hotel. Vehicle was extremely clean and comfortable. Driver was courteous and friendly.
The day before departure I got another email confirming everything again and an exact time of pick up was given.

The driver showed up 15 minutes early and waited for us (we were on time) in front of the hotel so no searching for our ride.
They confirmed ID and again driver was very friendly and vehicle was a brand new passenger van!
5-STAR SERVICE!
We got the private car for personal reasons and it was Exactly what I wanted and expected!! I would use This service for every trip moving forward.

Could not have been happier with this choice for transport! The drivers were friendly, the office staff were in constant communication, everything was smooth from booking to arrival.

Incredible service, I can’t say enough good things. Start to finish, they are amazing communicators. Our flight in to Cancun was delayed, but we were without cell signal/wifi so had no way of notifying them that we’d be hours late and were worried we’d miss our ride. They expertly had tracked our flight, and I had a message waiting for me when I landed as well as the driver.
Especially appreciated was the solid, easy-to-follow instructions and warnings about navigating the Cancun airport to make sure we found our correct driver. We will definitely use them on future trips.

We missed the confirmation email for our transportation, on-line staff was amazing and processed our request during our flight. The vehicle was spotless, air-conditioned and very comfortable. Excellent service on our recent trip to Riviera Maya. Our drivers were waiting for us at scheduled times. They were courteous and friendly. Vehicles were clean. We were able to reschedule easily when our incoming flight was cancelled. We especially enjoyed learning more about the culture of the region from our driver, Javier. Highly recommended.

The communication was excellent. They guided us all through the process which reduces any unnecessary anxiety with traveling. They had a sign with our name at the airport, and the drivers and vehicles were top notch. Overall great experience and I highly recommend using them. I will in the future.

From beginning to end, Global Riviera provided us with outstanding and safe service. Our communication with Laura, the reservation associate, was impeccable — she responded promptly to every message and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

We unexpectedly had to extend our stay in Cancun by one extra day and needed to change our ride reservation. Laura handled the change effortlessly, and everything was adjusted without any issues.

The payment process was simple and straightforward, and the chauffeurs were courteous, punctual and highly professional.
