Armada Internet Just Terrible!
My experience with Armada Internet has been extremely disappointing from start to finish.
I signed up after being promised a landing page for my business, but the service delivered has been nowhere near what was represented. Before proceeding, I specifically stated that I did not want the contract to auto-renew. I refused to sign until the contract was amended to reflect this. Instead of correcting the contract, I was simply sent written confirmation saying it would not renew and was told to continue and sign. I raised a formal complaint because the contract still had not been amended, yet despite speaking with at least six members of staff and management, nothing was ever properly resolved.
I requested a refund due to these ongoing issues, but this was refused.
Armada claim that my website is live and functioning, but it is virtually impossible to find through normal searches. It took me numerous attempts just to locate it myself. The only way I could find it was by typing an exact phrase in a very specific format, with no spaces and in the exact order. Real customers simply do not search this way.
For example, most people would search terms such as "MOT in Bristol", "local MOT", or "MOT near me". After checking multiple search engines and going through several pages of results, the site did not appear at all. If potential customers cannot find the website using normal search terms, then the service provides little to no value.
The most frustrating part has been the complete lack of resolution. Despite repeated complaints, numerous conversations with staff and management, and clear explanations of the issues, nothing has been rectified.
Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Armada Internet.

What a horrible company to deal with
What a horrible company to deal with, I can only assume that all of the positive reviews are fakes.
When signing up I was assured by Kate that I was only signing up for 1year and would not be looped in with automatic renewal, that was a lie. Contradicted by their t&c’s. Being a trusting person I believed her. They set up 3 web pages and it was ok, I later set up the social media package. The webpages were ok and have drawn a small amount of business but not worth renewing, the social media posts have not been good enough and we have not posted any.
I realise that work has been completed so at no point have I asked for a refund, all I would like to do is terminate my agreement. I have been requesting this for many months but they are making it incredibly difficult and are currently trying to force me into another year.
Absolutely disgusting company to do business with, avoid at all costs! I’m certain that there will be a comment to this review stating how great they are and the wonderful procedures they have but please don’t fall for it, they offer a poor product and lock you in with silly terms and conditions to force trade.
