Incredibly unprofessional, a total letdown

Kieron Lomax has been an absolute nightmare from the beginning. It unfortunate as according to my daughter he is actually a good teacher. However, he has let us down time and time again. Unfortunately for us, our daughter is in the middle of her GCSE's and was relying on Kieron to help her prepare for her English exams. She should have had a lesson with him last Friday but at the last minute he rearrange for the following day and then did not show to that. Since then we have tried to contact him with no luck. However, our daughter tried to contact him from her phone of which he did not know the number and he responded. Absolutely disgusting behaviour, he is clearly ignoring us.

On another note, Prash who works for Arlen is fantastic and I only have praise for him but ultimately I feel I have to leave this review for entirely for Kieron.
