It was an overall great shopping experience. Items were legit and exactly as advertised on the website. I also like how they have directions on how to use the product on the website. The customer service was also top notch, made a mistake while ordering and they corrected it while packing my order.

After placing my order there was no update regarding my order and I have to follow up time and again for the products. The order was suppose to take less than a week to reach but it took more than two weeks. But the final product was just as I expected. Overall I appreciate the team for being friendly and helpful whenever I sent them mail and they kept me updated regarding my order. The overall price is affordable and cheap compare to others.

Beside the order confirmation email you received, there will be no other correspondence after that.
The customer service number on the website is useless, they will ask you to send email to chase up the order yourself.
You would think that's their job not yours. My order took more than 3 weeks to arrive, I assume it probably would take longer if I don't follow it up myself. Disappointing service overall.

Had an issue where it didn't come that fast bc they were waiting on a product to come to their warehouse, or so I've been told. The communication was pretty good though and once all my items that I ordered arrived at their warehouse, it was delivered quite fast, although I did have express shipping. The packaging was a bit unexpected bc while it did have some paper/cardboard mesh thingy that was wrapped around the products, it didn't come in a box if that makes any sense? Like it just came in the plastic Australian express postage packaging with paper protecting the products which I thought was a bit odd. But regardless, my products came in perfect condition and they replied and called me about my concerns within a day.

The Arkastic team went above and beyond to help me out! I emailed them on a Sunday as I hasn’t got an order update and was a bit worried as I didn’t know much about this company but was instantly reassured when they replied within the hour. They then personally reached out to me to recommend a better product than the one I had purchased (free of charge!!) and had it delivered the next day that I had emailed them. The team were so sweet towards me & even gave me a gift. 100% recommend buying through this company! ❤️
