Parcel arrived 10 days all the way from UK to Namibia, slight delays at customs or else I would have received it earlier. Only concern is there was no communication at the initial stages and I thought I was scammed.

A fair service.
No problem with the ordering process, the product supplied or the competitive product cost, all good but sadly the original courier service let everyone down. In fairness ARKS4 resent my order very promptly once made aware of the initial delivery issue so would certainly consider using them again in the future.

I ordered a radiator and it arrived…
I ordered a radiator and it arrived with damaged fins. I sent pictures of the damage to them and they assured me it would still function. However paying for new parts and receiving damaged parts is not good enough. I managed to get it returned and refunded however i was charged delivery charges for returning a part that i did not damage. Also i would also like to mention that this company is extremely slow at responding to emails and do not provide a contact number.

Product was ok, thé delivery with DHL was not ok, planned to arrive a Friday been délayed to Monday and delayed again for Tuesday … I needed it on Monday morning maximum. Total failure.
