Wouldn’t even give 1 star.
Do not use this company. They take your money and lie about delivery. Had to chase delivery twice. I was told all had been resolved to find that they had not given courier full address so item would get returned to them anyway. Never received product.

Absolute scam.

USELESS COMPANY - AVOID

I am only giving them a 1/5 as I can't give zero. Took my money on 5th Feb for some rubber crumb. Continually chasing for delivery. They said sent twice to a factory address, but suspect they just lied as it never arrived. Absolutely useless company. You never get a name from anyone either. All very anonymous. All emails are generic and signed Ark. They either drink their own bathwater, or just bare faced lie to you. I can't work out which. AVOID like the plague. A very disreputable company. I wish I had read the reviews on them before purchasing. Thankfully paid by credit card.

Delivery issues plus.
i ordered a log splitter on Monday morning Feb 17th, delivery was to be Wednesday or Thursday of that week, which was confirmed by email. on the basis of that, i took a job on for Friday 21st., as it hadn’t arrived on thursday, i contacted Ark and asked the reason, they told me (can’t confirm its true) the item had been returned back to them by the courier !
i asked if it could be re-sent that day on an overnight delivery. this failed to happen, though they did send it overnight on Friday and advised me accordingly.
i realise Saturday is not known as a working day, however, times have changed and i do not know a courier who does not deliver on a Saturday. by this time i had lost the job of splitting logs for a neighbours friend, which resulted in me losing a couple of hundred pounds. The log splitter did arrive on Monday 24th February with oil leaking from it and no instructions, by this time i am raging.
they have since emailed a copy of instructions which are unbelievably terrible.
i will try and attach a photo of one of the diagrams which is unreadable and unfocused.
My advice to anyone looking to buy from this outfit, avoid, avoid and avoid in favour of a reputable company. Finally they offered me £25 to remove my feedback, that’s not happening.unable to attach photo.
nearly forgot, you will need to purchase cir-clip pliers to put on wheels, an extra £17 at my local hardware store.

Delivery time was excellent but the…

Delivery time was excellent but the 40mm Artificial grass 3 mtr x 5 mtr was very thin. The strands are 40mm ish when layed out. The strands are wide apart and you can see the thin backing so had to buy fine sand to put over the grass so that it doesn't look cheap very disappointed with the product. I should of gone local to buy from a reputable supplier.

They’ll take your money, not send the product and then keep you waiting for a refund!

This company has very poor reviews on every platform including eBay. I wish I would have read them before buying the rubber mat.

I saw this review which exactly happened to me…’Took money and I received a tracking number then 2 days later | got a message to say out of stock and would need to cancel the order. They are still advertising them on eBay.’

They say they’re a small company, but looking at the reviews, they sell a lot of products. Lots of unhappy customers. Pay attention Arc Mat!

Will send you wrong products

Ripped me off by sending 18mm instead of 24mm mats. Charged for 24mm mats. Scam company. Stay away! No refund offered.

Great service and knowledagble team

I spoke to Mark to get advice on stable mats for my ex-racehorse after he was diagnosed with hock arthritis and needed cushioned anti-slip matting, and he was brilliantly helpful and very speedy when replying. The mats arrived quickly and were delivered right outside my stable. The service was excellent and better yet, I have a very happy horse. The mats are easy to lay and clean from day one and they don't lift. Throughly recommend.

I think this company need to invest in…

I think this company need to invest in new tape measures or train there staff up to read one properly. This is meant to be 40mm. I have had thicker toilet roll. Unfortunately it won’t led me upload a picture. It’s 15 mm at max

Log splitter great service

I spoke to them several times and all TRIED to help even if it was a bit technical for that memmber of staff.

Ordered 2 packs of 6 stable mats and they delivered 2 days later so far they are great they are vary similar as laminate flooring they need room to move but they tell you all this in there ads

Fabulous easy purchase

Ordered via b&q 40mm artificial grass…

Ordered via b&q 40mm artificial grass when it came it was folded up not rolled when we opened it up it was shocking quality it was like a green blanket nothing like on pictures had lots of back forth messages from August and still waiting for refund and it’s now October to top it all they charging us £50 to return it I would definitely not recommend this grass beware you will be charged 50 pound for nothing. I do think b&q should take a look at who they are selling for and if u order on b&q account you should be able to take it back to your nearest shop . to be honest I only give 1 as it’s the lowest

I bought arkmats approximately 5 years…

I bought arkmats approximately 5 years ago, for my 2 stables. They have stretched beyond belief and have holes appearing. This started within a few months of fitting. I assumed at the time, these would be long lasting, but clearly not. I'm left with the option of buying totally new stable mats, which is not possible, as I cannot afford to do so. I would not recommend these.

Avoid at all costs!

Ordered, arrived super quick - BUT OMG - ARK Stable bubble mats are no longer made as they used to be or this company are using a poor, inferior provider. I can’t even begin to tell you the obtsructive, rude & difficult experience I had with this company.
I fitted as per their instructions. It does say in their site they expand. Which suggest contraction too. But in no way did they say they stretch several times over!
The hours, the work removing the finishing batons to re-cut & do it all again. The thickness of the mats they advise for size of pony or horse is way out.
But the worst was the service & communication I received as a result of my constructive feedback in experience was so very not welcome or well received at all.
I eventually got them to accept return of the unopened ones, plus the rejected, not fit for purpose ones too. They then failed to have them collected asap (their demand I do so!) in repeated failure to communicate, making fulfilling their request impossible.
Never, ever again will I use this company. The customer service is offensively shocking. £1600+ purchase for a whole lot of grief. How do these behaviours support good business ongoing? I would blow a fuse if I had a business ran like this by bad attitudes of staff. Detrimental to what could be a perfectly good business. They’re destroying it.
Found a new supplier. Guess what - many customers from ARK like me! Composition quality is key & go to a company who keep horses themselves. They know what they’re doing!

Very poor srvice

Not sure what I can say about this company, between them,Evri and BandQ, they lost my grass package, I kept looking on Evri tracking and it said they have received package, but that's as far as it got, i made several emails to all involved, but not one had a clue what was going on, Ark rubber said it was there last one and there was no more in stock, and just said we give you refund, but it seems other people have had the same issue, which makes you wonder what is really going on, so do not use this company at all cost.

Really should’ve read the reviews…

Really should’ve read the reviews first! Delivery was estimated 16-17th May, tracking hasn’t updated since 14th May when “they are waiting to receive my parcel”. Nothing come delivery date so I emailed and was advised there was a delay with the courier but couldn’t give me more info as the courier hadn’t given them a new estimated delivery date. Contacted the courier today who advised they hadn’t even received the actual order and were still waiting for it! Emailed requesting for it to be resent express, no reply, emailed after reading these reviews asking for a refund so I could purchase elsewhere, still no response.

It is so rare for me to ever do a trust pilot review but the lack of communication and customer service is shocking!

Do not use this company

Ordered some artificial grass via B&Q which came from this company.
Firstly delivery communication was poor then the product arrived in a bundle (4m x 5m was ordered) and as a result had creases in.
When laid out there was/is many folds which the company stared would flatten out. It’s been many weeks now and the appearance is poor at best.
The company now states that as it’s been laid there will be no recompense, reduced costs, replacement etc. It now appears that many customers have had the same issue.
Avoid both the company and its products.

We send our grass out to many customers folded due to courier weight and size restrictions. We do advise that the grass must be fitted tightly and secured to help decrease the grass if creases do occur. We also advise to make sure the grass is brushed regularly and also heat helps with decreasing (e.g warm weather or being left unrolled in a warm room.)

Eva stable mat!

Back in June 2022 I bought a new lightweight flooring called EVA by Arkmat. So after nearly two years how has it done? It moves with heat and can’t take pressure from a light horse. 24mm mat is now half the thickness and wasn’t what I had expected. I have another light weight mat I bought over 30 years ago and still as good as the day bought. The EVA mat is still squashing down and does not stay flat. It’s so thin and flexible now, I will have to replace with a new mat. Two stars are for the Company and not the product. The product is unfit for use, in my opinion.
