Arik Air Limited is a very dishonest…

Arik Air Limited is a very dishonest company to do business with. Criminal minded management, dishonest organization, its a very toxic and satanic place to work. Arik Air Limited is also a specialized career murderer. When you sue them to court over non payment of your pensions and salaries, they will raise defamatory lies to dent your career. If you ever work for Arik Air Limited make sure your take screenshots of all important emails and documents. Make sure you forward all your company emails of communication to your private email and notarized every email with the supreme court of Nigeria and Ministry of Justice. Its a shameless and evil organization to work for period

I booked an Arik air flight of #250,000…

I booked an Arik air flight of #250,000 in December. Missed my international flight so had to reschedule all my local connecting flights, I did that in the last week of December and all the other airlines including Ibom air and value jet processed my refunds within 3 weeks. I’ve been struggling with Arik air ever since December. This is now the second week of April.

I have called repeatedly, at first once every couple of weeks and eventually every couple of days, until I was blacklisted and they stopped picking my calls or they would and not say anything on the phone, incredulous yes, I never believed it could happen till it did. I have been civil, polite, escalated, reasonable, filled out the form they sent via email three times and resubmitted, all to no avail. I eventually started asking to speak to a supervisor, their support reps would put me on hold for a few mins and return and say no supervisor is on seat, it happened like clock work 4 or 5 times till I insisted and refused to get off the call, they cut the call on me and eventually when I called back the next day, finally put me through to a supervisor who listened and promised resolution in 48 hours. It’s been 2 weeks since then.

I am very sure that this is a tactic they use to “not” refund people. To frustrate you until you give up, but this particular refund will choke them.

Arik air. Process my refund for flight PNR 1BDAJM. My phone and WhatsApp is 07062675448. There is no reason why a refund should take more than 10 business days and even after three months of calling and multiple support reps saying they have escalated it, a whole month later, my refund is still nowhere to be found and total radio silence from you guys.

I can promise that if you don’t have any care for your reputation or customer service etiquette and you force me to start exploring the legal ramifications of the issue at hand, you will be sued and the damages will be a lot more than the refund you have slyly refused to honor.

You don’t have to worry about me being a patron on any of your flights with this atrocious experience but I will paste this everywhere I think of to warn others of your shady business practices.

Arik is the worst airline ever

Arik is the worst airline ever. Although this is not the first time Arik has cancelled my flight, this time I'm leaving a review so people can be aware of their actions and avoid using Arik. My flight for Dec 12, 01 PM QRW-LOS was first rescheduled to 11:00 AM the same day and was later cancelled. According to Arik, the next possible flight is 1/1/26, so I requested a refund, and they sent a refund form. This is not the first time Arik has refunded my money and their refund process is hectic, they will ask for your bank statement and many other irrelevant information. A friend of mine told me he had similar experience with Arik but they refunded the ticket back without him having to fill the form because he called from his UK number and threatened them. The first time Arik cancelled my flight was ASB-LOS, and they cancelled the flight just 1 hour before the time. If you know you have something important to do, DON'T USE ARIK. Don't say you were not warned!!

Airk cancelled my ticket without…

Arik cancelled my ticket without notifying me. The ticketing agent at the airport asked me to pay about #160, 000 to reinstate my ticket. Saying that they have a policy that when you don't use the inward flight, the return flight will be cancelled by the computer. You see Arik does not have any customer service, so you cant file a complaint or ask to change a ticket. They only have sales and ways to extort more money from people. To change my inward flight, they asked for #205, 000. That is why i went with Airpeace because it was cheaper and the flight experience was better seats. Now I have written to Arik to give me the so called open inward ticket that I paid for to use my return ticket. No response yet and there is no phone number to call. I just can't believe in my years of flying that an airline can cancel a ticket without notification or refund. This is extortion. Better to buy airline tickets in Nigeria via a travel agency rather than buying from their websites, it is a big mistake.

Booking online is a big mistake

Booking online is a big mistake, the payment system is broken. It will take your money without booking the ticket. The is the second experience I'm having.. After a whole year they still couldn't fix payment issues on the site. and they don't have any active customer support channel except you visit the office. Terrible airline

Arik air rescheduled the rescheduled flight

Arik air cancelled my last flight today and asked us to reschedule for early flight next day. I had to book an unplanned hotel room for the night. Before I got to the hotel, they had rescheduled the rescheduled morning flight to afternoon. In all these, I was never offered any compensation for the inconvenience. Terrible airline. Please use other providers if you can

Very bad airline

Arik Air is the most ridulously run airline in the world. They delay flights without keeping passengers informed and cancell flights at the last minute. Also without giving valid reasons for either decisions. They are known to have kept customers waiting for more than 8hours at their local airport in Lagos. They overbook on flights and have to turn people away after taking their money.
They delayed my flight from 11am till 4pm and didn’t even offer anyone a simple bottle of water.
Arik Air should improve on their services. They should put the passengers first, keep them informed and most importantly have more than one flight shuttling between states.
If they can’t meet up with any of the suggestions above, they should seriously consider shutting down.

awful

awful, my flight was delayed due to cabin crew not turning up for there shift. i have tried to claim flight delay compensation via a solicitors but Arik Air do not reply no matter how many letters they send. impossible communication
