Very pleased with the masks - comfortable and easy to breathe in. There were no issues with the order or delivery. I have just ordered a couple more for my husband. The only criticism would be that the logo is too large.

Excellent in all respects. The products themselves are super. The most comfortable masks we have used and also (not unrelated) they fit best. Very reassuring to know that they are FFP2. Packaging, despatch and communication all faultless too.

I have ordered two FFP2 masks in November and have still not received them. I have prompted the company twice for a refund and have not heard back. I will be looking to escalate this matter as per my rights as listed in Consumer Rights Act 2015 if this remains unresolved within a reasonable time.

UPDATE: I have received a refund following the above route of action.

I'd previously purchased masks from this company and was very satisfied. I reordered some and realised I hadn't specified next day delivery. I emailed the company an hour later and received a prompt reply assuring me they would arrange this for me. And they did, confirming it with another email. Excellent customer service.

Bought the black FFP2 washable masks back in July. Literally can't fault them. They were delivered in time, fit well and feel comfortable (comfort edition) and have more decided to go back and order the white ones for family members. Great value and quality!

clearly not a trustworthy company. I am still waiting on my order from June. Not a single answer to my emails up to now.

My first order with this company (in February 2021) was completed with no issues, and I was very happy with the quality of the masks. However, my second order (placed on 1st August) has been unfulfilled. I have only received half of my order and am missing £29 worth of masks. The masks are also different to my previous order, which has me concerned about the quality of the masks. I have sent 3 emails regarding this error and rung and left messages. I have had no contact from the company at all. I would avoid this company at all costs.

Update 02/09/2021: Argo Industries got in touch to say that my emails had gone to their junk mail. The missing portion of my order arrived today, along with extra masks as compensation. I will use this company again.

I don't believe this company is a scam, as alleged by others. I ordered a few days ago, and the masks in question came today. As with a previous customer, I rather wish the status of the masks was identified on the item itself. I do have nagging doubts as to whether the ones I purchased are indeed of the alleged standard and efficacy.

Just received third order for these effective and comfortable masks. Each time,received within a week, no issues.

On 21 July at 2pm I ordered some face masks for next day delivery. The website says "customers can opt for our next working day delivery service providing the orders are received before 3pm". OK so far. Then an email arrived stating "We aim to dispatch within 5 working days but due to current demand this may take a little while longer, please bare [sic] with us. If there are any issues, please contact us directly." I did contact by email and by phone. But the email went unanswered and the phone is an answerphone and nobody replied.

So they got my money, and the extra for next day delivery, but I haven't got my masks.

Order #54059 if anyone from the company sees this.

UPDATE 30 July. My "next day" order has still not arrived. Over a week late now. I did get an email last week saying "... one of the team will be in touch as soon as possible." But they haven't been.

UPDATE 11 August. My "next day" delivery, expected on 22 July, has still not arrived. I have phoned and emailed this company again with no response. But they were very efficient in taking my payment ...

UPDATE 24 August. After yet more attempts at communication from me, I had decided to issue a chargeback through my credit card company as I feared my money was lost. But someone from Argo Industries phoned me! He was very apologetic, promised to refund my next-day deliverey charge, and also offered to put some extra masks in with the delivery. I do hope his promises come true ...

UPDATE 2 September. My masks arrived, along with the extra ones as promised. Good news: the masks are as lovely as I hoped they would be. But the bad news is that the next-day delivery took 44 days. And in that period I had to buy some disposable FFP2 masks. The refund of the next-day charge hasn't appeared yet but my fingers are crossed. Anyway, the arrival of the masks (and they are really nice masks) puts the star rating up from 1 to 2.

I made a purchase from these and released soon after that I purchased from the wrong company. I contact Argo and explained that I made a wrong purchase immediately after the sale went through. Initially contacting them via an email, received no response. I them tried contacting them via their phone number and received a voicemail only. I left a message the last time tried to contact them, again, received no response.
Bloody disgraceful way to conduct business. £120 odd pounds down the drain.

Disappointed with the service!

My purchase from Argo Industries was for the FFP2 washable face masks (Comfort Edition). The masks are very well made and I am pleased with the quality of the face masks. However after paying £11 extra for next day delivery, sadly it took the company 5 days to dispatch my order and another 4 days for delivery. I did try to contact Argo Industries via email and phone, but it took over a week for a response and then it was a “ Someone will get back to me, they never did.

As mentioned above the FFP2 Washable Face Masks are a great product, but after waiting over a week for delivery especially when I payed the extra for next day delivery I sadly shall not be returning to purchase from Argo Industries.

I wrote a critical review when I received a delivery remarkably different from my order. However, Argo Industries subsequently responded rapidly and well to correct the situation - the mark of a company with a great customer service ethos.

Best masks I have purchased, good fit with thick layers and nose clip as recommended by World Health Organisation. They are also comfortable and easy to breathe in. I will replace after about 30 washes but that is still good value for a quality mask like this.

I ordered two packs of the comfort edition washable nanosilver masks and they arrived the very next day even though I had asked for standard delivery rather than express delivery. This is the second lot of masks I have ordered from Argo Industries as I was very pleased with the first lot. They are really comfortable to wear and because of the nose bar they don't steam up my glasses.

I bought "FFP2" masks from this company. When they arrived there was no CE mark on them, neither was there a mention on them that they were FFP2. So everywhere that required them refused or questioned.

As my 2nd order with the company didnt arrive after 3 weeks, I contacted them and there seems to have been a problem with royal mail.
The lady I spoke to said she would resend my order signed mail. I received this morning, but unfortunately, the package was not sealed down and completely open. The sticky strip was very sticky, just had not been sealed. By some miracle the masks were still inside but have obviously been exposed to the air so will have to quarantine.
The masks are really comfy and secure to wear but these experiences mean I will not be ordering again which is a shame.

Extremely comfortable and well fitted mask. Well made and you even feel protected while wearing it. Worth every penny. I would recommend this to absolutely everyone.

FFP2 washable masks - quite expensive but SOOOO worth it! They are comfortable and can be washed .... win, win.

My order was delayed through no fault of Argo, just a sign of the times we live in. I contacted them via email and got a personal response from the customer service manager. She "owned" my problem and asked me to wait for an agreed length of time to see if the goods arrived. If they did not arrive she would arrange for a replacement to be sent out. My order did eventually arrive. First class customer service, no messing about. The fact that she owned my problem and I had a named contact exceeded my expectations.
