Everyone we dealt with, either in person or via email was kind and helpful. They were a bit busy in the customer to employee ratio when we were there, but were patient and thorough. Samples were freely given and comparisons to full slabs in person appreciated.

We got initial input from one of the staff, but then turned loose so we could look and make our decision.

Yolanda was excelllent,went over and above helping us. We decided on one choice but liked another we thought out of our price range. She suggested getting an estimate anyway,we called the next day to see if it was still available and she’d already tagged it just in case!!! So thoughtful of her. have recommended her to several friends who are considering a remodel!

My husband and I went to a few granite places to look for granite for our new kitchen. Your employees in the back were very lazy, and it felt like we were bothering them . We felt very uncomfortable. Not very friendly at all, We ended up buying from the other granite place, because of that reason.

Marlen did a great job of showing and explaining the different options available for our kitchen counter and inland re model. The slabs were displayed in a manner that made it easy to see the full slab.

The staff were wonderful to interact with and we learned so much about the stones from the delivery team. They took time from their sorting in the warehouse to interact with us and answer questions. Thanks!

Deloris was a very knowledgeable associate that just made us feel important and comfortable!

As soon as I walked I was greeted kindly and was setup to look around at their inventory. She explained what the levels were and how everything was color coded. The only negative I do have is that I had hoped someone would have walked around with me a bit just in case I did have any questions because this was my first time looking for granite countertops for my kitchen. Someone did check on me and I'm sure I could have found someone quickly and they would have helped me with no problem. Overall a good experience.

No complaints. Great selection to choose from. Connie was very helpful and patient as we were making our way through all the choices.
