I had a wonderful experience with Erick, who dedicated a lot of time to me during my multiple visits to the store. He is very professional and knowledgeable about the materials. I returned to purchase more Tricento wood for my stairs and hallway. Erick is truly one of the best!

We visited the Sarasota showroom to look at the wood flooring offerings for an upcoming apartment remodeling project. The available choices & quality of the product were impressive. The showroom representative, Lindsey Kollasch, was extremely knowledgeable & informative of the product & the process. She succeeded in removing any skepticism we may have had regarding this flooring. As a retired Designer & Project Manager myself, I was very impressed. We look forward to incorporating this product in our plans & hope to do so with Lindsey's guidance.
