Best flip-flops on the market! Ordering is easy and shipping is always fast.

To be honest after 3-4 weeks of wearing Archie’s I have realised it is causing some muscular back pain . I have tried also eat of intervals of wear .. as I really wanted this not to be root of my pain. I need to now find out how I return these Archie slippers

I love Archie’s flip flops. I own 19 pair plus one pair of slides. They offer such a variety of colors. The toe piece is one so it doesn’t fall apart. The arch is what sold me. I am a 66 year old woman and I can walk in these all day in total comfort.

Archie’s have changed my life the little lift it gives my arch has given me more strength support and confidence to wear flip flops

I ordered flip flops and I now have 10 pairs. They’re the most comfortable I’ve ever had. I must tell you about the Co. At one point I obviously ordered two pair & I’m a size 9. When I received them, I got size 6’s. When I called the company they advised me to donate the two brand new pairs to anyone I felt could wear them & they would send me the correct size. That obviously saved me the trouble of returning them & the company the trouble of a hassle of getting a return authorization for me. This is what I call good customer service. It happened sometime in June but honestly don’t now remember the exact date. However, my point is I’m very impressed with how they handled the situation. As a result of the slight delay, they provided me with a discount on my next order. Bravo to them! That’s what keeps people appreciating a Company that appreciates their customers.

Paul at Archies is absolutely amazing! The shoes are so comfortable that I genuinely haven’t taken my pink flip-flops off since they arrived.

I had a small issue with my brown pair, and Paul went above and beyond to get it sorted within the hour. Honestly, I’ve never experienced customer service like it so helpful, friendly, and incredibly efficient.

I had to send mine back as they were massively uncomfortable. I thought I was weird as all I see is positive reviews. However I have just gone to respond to something on their Facebook page and notice they have blocked me from commenting and deleted my comment. No wonder they only have positive reviews! Shameful

First, I found Archies several years ago and have never looked back. I'm a So. Cal girl so am barefooted or I'm in Flip flops, and of all the ones I have worn, the quality of Archies is by far the best. They are easy to order and have an excellent color selection. The way they are made, one piece toe divider, cannot come attached like your average pair. The material is softer than most and it stretches to conform to your foot perfectly. Also, very important, their Customer Service is TOP NOTCH. I was ordering the new brown and accidently entered the mens size, not womens. I text them right when I noticed and received my first response in about 2 minutes! Then I got a second response that they were able to catch my order before it went out (that's another plus, their shipping is fast) and cancelled my first order and created a new order for me with the correct information which I also immediately received. I do a lot of online shopping and who does this? I'll tell you. Archies is the ONLY company I have ever experienced such excellence with. I therefore, HIGHLY recommend their brand above all others.

The slippers WOULD BE perfect if they where made from another fabric/material. I never have sweaty feet but with the archies slippers I do……. It is a shame. I will be wearing them anyway, because of the perfect fit. But will not buy any more or other colors untill they come in another fabric.

I ordered a pair of their flip flops, but received slides in the mail instead. I reached out the moment I noticed and they were extremely helpful, swift in their responses and able to resolve the issue in a timely manner. I am super appreciative of the help and cannot WAIT to receive my flip flops!

I cannot recommend Archies based on my experience.

I ordered two pairs of flip flops, one in Navy and one in Crystal White, both in a UK size 6. As soon as they arrived, it was immediately obvious that they had not been manufactured to the same size. The Crystal White pair was noticeably larger than the Navy pair, despite both being labelled as the same size.

After sending the requested photos, customer service agreed to send me another Navy pair to compare. Unfortunately, this only highlighted the quality control issues further. The replacement Navy pair was again a different size to the others, and it was also a noticeably duller shade of navy, so it didn't even match the original pair in colour.

What was particularly frustrating was that they never really acknowledged the underlying issue. Each time I pointed out that shoes labelled as the same size were clearly different in fit, and that the two Navy pairs were visibly different shades despite supposedly being identical products, they simply apologised for my experience before moving on to offering another exchange replacement. At no point did they acknowledge that products labelled as the same size and colour should be consistent. Instead of addressing the quality control concerns I had raised, the responses felt like an attempt to move the conversation on without recognising the actual problem.

I contacted customer service again and was then offered another pair in a different size so I could decide which fit I preferred. This completely missed the point. The issue wasn't that I couldn't decide on a size, it was that three pairs labelled as the same size were all different. I had also already explained that I was leaving for a three month holiday, so waiting for more replacements wasn't a practical option. Their proposed solution was to send yet another pair and then expect me to sort out the exchange afterwards. I don't think it's reasonable to expect a customer to keep managing exchanges to resolve a problem caused by inconsistent manufacturing and poor quality control.

I was eventually told to return the two Navy pairs. However, the packaging they use is not suitable for returns because it completely tears when opened and cannot realistically be reused. I was then told that if I didn't have any spare packaging at home, which I think is an unreasonable assumption, I could simply buy some from the Post Office. Although they said they would reimburse the return postage because of the inconvenience but not the packaging, I should never have been expected to pay upfront for return shipping or replacement packaging when the products were faulty.

The responsibility and cost of putting things right should not fall on the customer.

Under UK consumer rights, goods should be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. When three pairs of flip flops labelled as the same UK size all differ in fit, and two pairs sold and supplied as the same Navy colour are visibly different shades, they do not meet those basic requirements. Consumers should be able to order the same size and colour with confidence that the products they receive will be consistent. Instead, I was left trying to determine which version of a supposedly identical product was the "correct" one, when that should never have been the customer's responsibility.

Overall, this has been a frustrating and disappointing experience. The lack of consistency in both sizing and colour, together with the way the issue has been handled, has left me with very little confidence in the brand. Rather than acknowledging the manufacturing inconsistencies, the focus was repeatedly on sending more products and expecting me to invest additional time and effort to resolve a problem that originated with their quality control. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend Archies.

Overall, I'm disappointed by my experience with Archie's. The flip flops arrived in a timely manner, and when I slid my foot into the flip-flop, it seemed to fit. However, the flip flops are tied together and connected with a tag. So you can't actually walk in them without removing the tag. How am I supposed to test them out to see if they're comfortable when walking if I can't actually walk in the shoes? Incredibly frustrating. I'm returning them because I can't predict the comfort level. When I submitted my return, I found out Archies charges an $8 handling fee to return a lightweight $40 pair of flip flops. That's crazy. I was excited to try Archies because I have plantar fasciitis, and I'm always looking for more shoe options with arch support. But I won't order from Archies again.

Ken in customer service! My flip flops got lost in transit and he responded quickly, arranged a quick replacement exceeding this 1st time buyers expectations. The flip flops ARE AMAZING -very comfy, love the coral color- but Ken showed me that Archies values its Customers!!

I ordered a pair of slides and a pair of flip flops. The slides are great, really comfortable, but the flip flops weren't suitable for me. I followed the return process for the flip flops, and had to contact Archies customer service team. I received correspondence from 'Ken' who was absolutely fantastic. The customer service Ken provided was faultless and the 'icing on the cake' was an extremely swift refund for the returned flip flops.
Great slides AND great customer service. 5 star experience. The flip flops were lovely too, just not suitable for my (problematic) feet!

I'm too late for this review but maybe that's good! I bought them 3-4 years ago. I wear them mostly on the beach and on small hikes around the islands. Nothing has happened to them while walking on beach rocks and rocky trails, while other flip flops (incl havaianas) seem to get damaged easily. Very good quality, they remind me of the past, when we used to buy clothes and shoes that lasted for decades. Would definitely buy another pair if they create cooler color designs/combinations.
