Unfortunately I did.
I had machine delivered mid December, I didn’t open it till Xmas eve as it was a Xmas present for my 11 year old son.when I plugged it in nothing appeared on the screen.
I done all the checks before I got in touch with the help team, they said someone would be in touch that day to rectify the problem, no one bothered getting in touch with me.
My son got up on Xmas morning to a machine that didn’t work, so he was obviously gutted.I received a phone call at 1 pm Xmas day from Joe, he said he could fix problem, my response was your company said you were going to in touch yesterday, he didn’t bother,I said it doesn’t work, I’m returning the broken machine
I emailed the help team to notify them that I was returning the machine that doesn’t work.
I done a 9 hour round trip to deliver the machine in person so they couldn’t say they hadn’t received it.
I was told as soon as I returned machine I would get me refund, which hasn’t happened,
I’ve emailed Rod from the help team a couple of times but he hasn’t replied,

Great service and great product
We decided VERY close to Christmas to purchase a Bartop machine. We contacted Arcade Geeks initially to enquire about delivery dates. Rod replied personally to us on a Sunday to say the machine could be built and despatched in time for Xmas, and that DPD would still be doing next day delivery. The machine was indeed despatched on the 22nd, but then DPD had a nightmare! They received the machine at our local hub on the morning of the 23rd, but somehow began the process of delivering it back to Arcade Geeks! Rod was immediately on the case, and the machine arrived on our doorstep on Xmas Eve. Rod was quick to respond to all of our comms throughout the process, and we have received great, if somewhat rare, customer service. The product itself is amazing, and definitely got the best reaction on Xmas day. The machine feels sturdy and the buttons are extremely comfortable and responsive. It looks absolutely amazing and all of the games played so far have performed flawlessly.

I contacted arcade geeks, with a few questions as I have been looking at getting an arcade machine for a while. They were extremely helpful and polite and this gave me confidence in them, so I ordered my cabinet that night. I am very happy I did, they kept me upto date with my order and one of their staff delivered my cabinet one evening, which worked perfectly for me with me working full time. The guy who delivered the machine was very helpful and gave me some great advise in where to keep it. It took a few minutes to set up (mainly as I was admiring the detail on the art work) On first start up the game list didnt load up, but after removing and re inserting the sd card. It worked perfectly, it took a bit of getting used to, when navigating the menus. I rang arcade geeks the following day, with some questions and they answered all my questions and even sent me out a new sd card as my issue when starting up continued. (Didnt effect me playing, but just meant I had to remove and reinsert sd card on start up) The new sd card turned up quickly, even with it being xmas and the issue is resolved. I have recommended Arcade Geeks to many of my friends and will be definitely using them again in the future. Thank you to everyone at Arcade Geeks!

Positive experience. Delivery took a little longer than expected however understandable due to time of year. Only complaint would be that this was not communicated and had to contact for update.
Shipment was well packaged! Have been having a lot of fun so far!!

Great service!
Last year I received my Back to the Future Arcade Elite cabinet where i have enjoyed hours of fun. I recently contact Rod as a bulb was flickering on one of the player 1 buttons. He promptly and kindly sent out a pack of replacement bulbs. Great communication! Would definitely recommend!

Worth the wait!
Ok let's remember it's December and couriers are busy, so the " Classic Arcade Machine arrived a day late. Installed it and only sound and no screen working.. rang up and discovered the monitor lead hadn't been installed. Staff on phone were very apologetic and sent one out on next day delivery and again arrived a day late. I ended up getting two as they send another to make sure! Anyway this solved the problem.. machine looked great..but still couldn't play anything as it was asking for a coin to play. I rang the guys up and they talked me through the settings. Eureka!!.. they even upgrade the machine to 5000 games!
Took me back to my childhood playing in arcades..i'm discovering new games on it all the time...Absolutely love it!
Apart from the couple of delays and minor installation problems the service was excellent. The staff there obviously care and even rang after to hours to help. Particular praise to John who sent photos to help. Will definitely be back!

I ordered the machine no problem.
I was not particularly in a rush but chased it a few weeks later.
I was given a delivery date which came and passed. Again not really a problem as it was to be delivered to a business address so I did not have to stay at home waiting.
I chased again and was given a revised delivery date, this time it did turn up.
I took it home and plugged it in. Muddled through the controls as no instructions issued with the machine and I could not find any videos on their website which related to my spec machine, it appeared to work fine though I was missing the contollers.
I also noted that the buttons and joysticks were a different colour to what I ordered but at the time was not too bothered.
It all went downhill 2 days after delivery so I emailed the customer service. 5/10/25 with the following issues.
1. Wrong colour button and joystick
2. No wireless controllers
3. Machine started crashing randomly or would not turn on.
4. The above led me to look into the cabinet and I voiced concerns that some of the components were not new as they looked old and dusty. I honestly was expecting them to be new.
I received my one and only response from the company on the 7 / 10 / 2025 as below

just resending the user videos over to yourself.
the xbox controllers are being sent direct and will be with yourself tomorrow.

This response skirted over the fact that I had not received the spec machine I ordered, response the the machine crashing and also the query regarding the condition of the parts used.
I was then on holiday for 2 weeks and emailed them again on the 18/10/25 as I had a few queries in relation the the lightguns which came with the machine and controllers which I did receive in the end. I am yet to recieve any response despite chasing again on the 3/11/25.
I am not one to bash a business without merit but this has been an unpleasant experience and at neary £1,600 not a cheap one.
Here's hoping I may get a response from this as they appear more active on here than their emails.

Faulty units I ordered 3 arcade units 2 were faulty, refunds not honoured, always came up with excuses for there terrible business practices
I ordered 3 arcade units, in the form of 2 regular bar top units and 1 fullsize unit, when they arrived, very late I might add, 2 of the 3 units were faulty on arrival, this was reported as soon as possible but after many months talking with the company no resolution has been honoured.
faults such as the screen on one of the units kept blacking out every 10-40 seconds during gameplay, there was also another fault a unit was crashing in the main menu as well as one unit not even registering any games on arrival, requiring a new main board to be replaced, the build quality of these units is also shockingly bad internally, there were loose wires inside one of the units that had to be attached, and even the audio knob on the more expensive unit was missing on delivery.
This company claims to use premium parts and I even paid for the upgrades on the fullsize unit, but what was received was not premium, infact even the monitors used inside the cabinets are over a decade old PC monitors so could fail any year now, if a company is gonna build a customer an arcade machine, at least be transparent and say the parts are old.
After a lot of calls and emails, quite frankly to many to count, Arcade geeks offered spare parts and a partial refund to be processed by a set date, which was quite a insult after the sheer hassle of month of debating the faulty units, I now had to fix them, however I reluctantly agreed to the partial refund as I was fed up with the sheer time spent on this issue, however no refund was sent so even this they did not honor.
instead there company to this day proves unreliable and it just feels like I was scammed.

My AG elite arrived in all its splendid artwork 4 weeks after ordering. I and my family are thoroughly enjoying playing on the machine. Many happy memories rekindled and shared with the kids.
