To all the people who are soooo happy here. I am too! In theory at least, as my fundings have been growing straight into the skies! But will I ever see that money in EUR or any other REAL cryptocurrency? Most probably not. And neither will any of you.
Arbismart is now waving to be listed on exchanges, as long promised. But did any of you smart people check those out? LA Token is already being investigated as total scam. And the other one, consbit (displayed on the site) /coinsbit (in the URL) / coisbit (on the arbismart page) speaks for itself but is also being reported as malicious. Moving RBIS to either of them will simply be moving funds into another scam. I have made peace to have lost my money already, but still advise others to be vigilant if you are considering to pump your €$£ in this web of obscure eastern european black holes.
The day I do get my money back, I will definitely officially apologize for my mistake and mistrust, change this review into 5 stars and revise my text immediately. But that will for sure remain a new year's wish... Two stars right now, because they did put quite some work in what they're doing, you got to give 'em that.

I am disappointed. I cancelled my account and just wanted my investment back with no interest and no profits. The support is just stalling and says soon you can sell it on the exchange platform. But I do not want that at all. I want to cancel my account and without profits just my investment back, because I currently need the money for private issues.

Don't expect to withraw your money.
There is no platform listing token RBIS.
At this time, go away, I can tell you it's a scam.
UPDATE : Oh yes, it's on one exchange "Latoken" since dec. 23th 2021, anyway, Arbismart site is down now with a great Error 500 page and no one can withdraw their funds since the begining. Seriously, Arbismart is a scam at this time. and if it's not, then don't put any money on this platform until you are sure to withdraw ; Today, you can't.

I invested 1.03 btc in arbismart in Oct 2019 which was at that time about 6100 euro.
i already then had my doubts about arbismart and i immediately asked for a refund which of course was declined. So i decided to wait it out. Now in a few days they have their listing. They claim their rbis token is worth 8.8 euro. Which makes my investment now worth about 101,800 euro.
To my suprice arbismart sent me an email yesterday with the reguest to buy back all my tokens for 6000 (six thousand) euro! I declined and I told them to return my 1.03 btc + interest and they declined. So it means that they value the tokens much lower than stated on their website. it means also probably that the listing will continue but that their will be a big dump and that the token is NOT worth 8.8 euro. I feel scammed. If i just kept the bitcoin until today i had now about 44,000 euro.
this is the copy of the email i received:
START:
According to our terms of use, to which clients agree on registering with the platform, when RBIS tokens are purchased, they can only be exchanged once the token has been listed. However, as a company that cares about its customers, we want to show a sign of a good will, particularly in light of the global hardship created by the COVID crisis. Therefore, we are now offering you the option to request your refund.
If you choose to be refunded, you will receive the net EUR amount of your deposit, all your tokens will be transferred back to the company, and your account will be closed. Your refund will constitute the deposit amount, minus the withdrawal fee and any sums that have previously been withdrawn.
The refund will be issued via bank transfer, although the company reserves the right to refund using another method, at its discretion. Once we have processed your refund it should appear in your bank account within 7 business days.
All refund requests need to be made before 30th December 2021. Any refund request made following this date will not be valid. Please be aware that on receiving your refund, your RBIS will be returned to the company, your account will be closed.
To receive your refund, please confirm your request, by contacting our support team via email or live chat.

Do not trust this company, their business practices are shady:
1: the value of the token is NOT 8.80 euro as they claim!
2: they hide the CEO's
3: they do not post evidence of their great arbitrage trades so a ponzi can not be excluded
4: they lie about their EU registration. it was revoked because they did not answer the request for information by FIU.
5: I contacted them many times, they never give straight answers. for example I asked why they offer 6% of the token value. their answer was:" you can simply hold them and thanks for your feedback"

So i have been with Arbismart since mid 2020 and I would like to share my experience.
To answer the questions is it a scam or a rugpull: I DON'T KNOW i hope it is not.
But until now everything works the way they say. You actually know what you are in for. You pay BTC or ETH and you receive RBIS token. Everyone who invested knew that the RBIS tokens will be locked for some time and you will earn rewards in RBIS token. So far so good. What further impresses me is the support which is really fast and the answers to the trustpilot reviews in the last 3 years which seems a long time for a scam.
What concerns me:
1. Arbismart never said at the beginning that you will only earn RBIS-Rewards until Nov 21' except you upgrade your account until 12/23 so at the moment I am not earning rewards. Which was really new. So now at the moment i don't earn rewards and I cannot withdraw my Tokens
2. The communication regarding the token listing is slim and only after a comment in the Trustpilot reviews people started to know that the token is already listed on Coinsbit.io.
If I were running the company i would put more effort into marketing and communication with the investors. But in a Trustpilot comment they said they will inform within the weekend (18 & 19.12) so let's see how that goes...
3. The ETHscan activity is suspicious but so far the Coins are in the Arbismart wallets and transactions are limited. Let's see how the activity will change.
4. The EU licence has expired. The company said it will be updated within the month.... we are still waiting for the confirmation.
5. The value of the token on the Dashboard is pretty high. No one knows how the value is calculated or if it is just a number. So lets see what the value is once the coin is listed.
6. The faces behind Arbismart are unknown. But this is the idea of decentralization is it not?
7. The coin is not listed on coingecko or coinmarketcap.
Questions I have:
1. You announced you will be trying to issue a credit card. What is the roadmap therefore. What CC-Company are you working with?
2. What platforms will the coin be listed on?Coinsbit.io looks a bit shady and the reviews of the platform are bad.
3. Why is your communication and your marketing that bad if your plans are really big? You never update the investors on the process?
4. Why is you twitter account that silent?
5. Why are all your internet posts sponsored? Does nobody want to publish your articles?
6. How does the arbitrage trading actually work? What is the function of the RBIS token as you are just keeping them in your wallets (there are no transactions visible)
Conclusion:
All in all until now they stuck to their roadmap but i understand that it looks shady because a lot of things are unclear (That equals 5 stars for sticking to the roadmap minus 1 to 2 stars for a lack of communication). So at the moment the coin does not have any value and could still be a fake.
But as a matter of fact if you invest in a business you never know if you will ever get your money back or if the business will go bankrupt. Its the same with stocks.
I still hope i will get some returns on my money.
And yes I am a verified customer of Arbismart and i do not want to damage the companies reputation.
So dear Arbismart please improve the communication and show your investors that it is not a scam or a rugpull. I am really interested on how you will answer my questions. Until then I still hope everything will work out.
!!!!!UPDATE 20.12.2021!!!!!!
I was expecting further information from Arbismart this weekend. But the channels were silent. -1 Stars for not keeping their promise and being late. The reply we investors of Arbismart got is pretty thin. I was hoping they would disclose a little more of their plan and would answer my questions.
!!!!!!Update 21.12.2021!!!!!!!
So we got an Email that the Coin is now listed on Coinsbit.io and LA Token. Coinsbit.io seems more serious than LA token. Looking at ETHScan.io there still seems to be little activity.... Lets us see if we will be able to withdrawl our tokens at the end of the Year
!!!!!!Update 17.01.2022!!!!!!!
The day has come where you can withdrawl the RBIS token. Unfortunately it is supposed to take up to 72 h until the tokens arrive in our Metamask-Wallets. Once the tokens are available in my Wallet I will upgrade my review to 5 stars.
Lets's go Arbismart
Cheers Mathias

As they are not licenced by the EU and they don't refund any of your invested money (which is your right!), I recommend everyone who invested to look up the estonian FIU website, you can notify them about this!
Update:
Invested a lot but I'm not an active user on your platform and you've still got nothing to say about our EU right to refund our money... wow. In my other review from 2 weeks ago I've already stated why this is a scam.
Update 2:
I did provide an Email adress and also got a reply Email from the Estonian Financial Intelligence Unit (FIU), that they have revoked your license on 15.11.2021.
So you're without a license, but still leaving it on your website (so it looks like you would have a license) and keep telling people that their feedback is false...
