At first everything seemed great - now that my plan is unlocked and I can't transfer the funds (~5000 RBIS, "worth" 9000 EUR) to anywhere without paying 100.000 RBIS in fees, this is an absolute scam scheme. I tried to contact customer support, but they don't answer any questions...

Its a scam. not possible to withdraw your money and their token is worth 0$.
They promised extra rewards for 5 star feedback so that's the only reason some people have given them 5 stars.

I locked some money 2 years ago with a promise to get some returns. The unlock time has completed today and it seems that I can not UNLOCK it. Not sure I will get my money anytime soon. Please help

Bought RBIS two years ago, saved it in a plan. Got released just recently, only to find out it has become completely worthless. No possibility to sell RBIS, but still sporting the possibility to buy for ~8 euro per coin. Scandalous, shut this thing down already instead of still trying to keep grabbing money.

Cannot withdraw my money. The customer support says 24/7 that we will be back online, but it never gets online, and I submitted an inquiry 2 weeks ago, and have not been answered.

Total fraud!!!!
Have been investing for years (since about 2015) - half a bitcoin here and there.
Initially quite ok - but then you can no longer access the blocked/invested funds - locked.
After RBIS was officially listed, things only went downhill!
The whole thing is an absolute scam!!
Even if they hide behind the EU licensing and regulation - ATTENTION, an absolute nightmare!

This ist SCAM. I invested 5000 Euro in end of 2021. Secure announced Wallet. I saved it 2 years with a loos of 99.9%. The Tokens are for nothing. Really ugly scam dont invest Something. I wish that the whole Team gets Karma back from universe.

The terms of the investment expired in January 2024 and given the almost zero value of the RBIS token, I preferred to reinvest for another 2 years with earnings in Euros. Today I went to see the situation, and I realized that they have reduced the interest without any warning, from the much vaunted 100% per annum, to a paltry 10%. I contacted customer support via chat, and was told that -"Plans might be changed due to market conditions according to the project terms and conditions.
The RBIS price is expected to surge with the upcoming new releases"-.
The truth is that nowhere was written that the investment conditions could change during the investment.
The surprises with Arbismart never ends, and they are always terrible surprises. STAY AWAY FROM THESE SCAMMERS.

Ich würde behaupten ich bin in der Vergangenheit noch nie auf einen Scam reingefallen, aber dies hat sich mit arbismart geändert. Das Konzept hat sich sehr interessant gelesen, die Idee dahinter klingt relativ plausibel und das Team schien auch engagiert, aber es ist und bleibt wohl trotzdem nur ein Scam.
Mein Geld wollte mir man damals nicht zurückerstatten, obwohl ich da innerhalb von 48h drum gebeten hatte und nun weiß ich auch warum. Aus den damals 500 Euro, die ich eingezahlt sind, sind 1,07 Euro geworden. Man durfte dem Geldverfall nur zuschauen, da es keinerlei Möglichkeit gab und gibt einzugreifen und die Reißleine zu ziehen, man verpflichtet sich für eine gewisse Zeit in dem Pool zu bleiben, auch wenn das quasi Totalverlust bedeutet. Lasst es einfach sein, da kauft lieber selber ein paar Bitcoins, da gibt's ja mittlerweile seriöse Quellen, da hat man einfach die Hohheit über seine Einlage.

I would say I have never fallen for a scam in the past, but this has changed with arbismart. The concept read very interesting, the idea behind it sounds relatively plausible and the team also seemed committed, but it is and will probably remain a scam.
They didn't want to refund my money back then, even though I asked for it within 48 hours and now I know why. The 500 euros that I paid in at the time turned into 1.07 euros. You were only allowed to watch the money decay, as there was and is no way to intervene and pull the ripcord, you commit to staying in the pool for a certain period of time, even if that means a total loss. Just leave it alone, it's better to buy a few bitcoins on your own, there are reputable sources out there now, you simply have the sovereignty over your investment.

Total scam.
Invest 50000EUR, in RBIS 24 months blocked plan.
Interests stop accrued since March.
Only option now is "early termination"
Sent multiple messages asking for explanation, no answer.
Features they said would come last year are still not here.
Don't even bother answering here, you've lost all credibility.

All good so far, holding my investments with great +50% returns

We just need communication about the project. Besides, we are expecting news because we trust in the project but no news let us think the project is in bad posture

I asked this question about 6 Weeks ago and never got an answer.

Today I asked to withdraw my EUR.
No answer again. The system blocks withdraw from their plattform.

You can send them money and never be able to get it out again.

It is an absolute SCAM and should be reported

Is this RBIs token is still under development or the team has abandoned it?.
Is there any still hope to invest in their coin RBIs?

Lost all my money with them. Is there police we can contact?

Scam, avoid arbismart. I lost 5k euro

I deposited $33,000 in Nov 2021 which got converted to RBIS tokens that were valued about $12 at the time. I was locked in for 2 years. This is now worth about $100.

I'm also confused why they chose such a similar name to a proven illegitimate operation that was called Arbistar. These certainly wouldn't be the same people at Arbismart would they?

You've shown zero evidence of arbitrage and no one knows who operates the business, of course you'll say otherwise without showing any evidence. Can't believe I fell for this 2 years ago. Never again will I be so naive.

I wouldn't recommend, as you could lose your money like I did⚠️

I invested 500 EUR (the minimum) in May 2022, since then it lost value, today's is 7.07 EUR (98% loss) 😭

They promised interest rate 147% (which sounds too good to be true) , by locking 2,3 or 4 years. I did until 01.01.2024 but it lost big time.

From their email:

These include major FIAT currencies like EUR, USD, and GBP, as well as top crypto coins like BTC, ETH, BNB, COMP, APE AXS, LINK, to name just a few."

Edit: I contacted them, to recover the 7 EUR. waiting for an answer.
