For some features iike 'Savings 2023'the information/FAQ about how it works could be extended and be made more clear. Some details I only got from chatting with support team.

If it continues like this, I will reach the sky in some years after 1 month I can see profits like never !

Quite difficult to understand what de have to do after having buyed Rbis.
Is everything is automatical?
Or do we have to make choices?
And I do not understand if investing 1002€ is vert beter than to invest 999€ as suggested by the simulator.

I would appreciate if there would be an information for the time between my fiat left the bank account and arrived at ArbiSmart. During that time I would like to see a "pending transaction" information.

I would like to make clear the following to the grumpy amateurs reporting the project as a fake/scam:
- the value of an exchangeable asset is adjusted according to the will of investors to buy or sell it.
- purchasing an asset from the primary source and then rushing to an exchange to get rid of it at any price will definitely devaluate it.
- if you have invested even a small fraction of your wallet to an asset, it's rather idiotic not protecting/embracing it
- if u have invested a significant amount of money to a baby project, no matter how promising that may seem it's not wealth you should be desperate for but rather a good psychiatrist.
- if you don't know what you should be doing, plz HODL, or at least stay out of the game and let the rest of us enjoy it.
- if you think Arbismart is a void project and Rbis token is thus of no real value, how would you explain that absolutely worthless coins like Doge and Shiba have a combined market cap of $33B?
- the Arbismart project may eventually thrive or fail. However, a project outcome is by no means directly correlated to its true potential. In any case, the idea of exploiting the weaknesses of an unregulated market through arbitrage is neither new nor unproven. Having said that, being the company's flagship activity, I would also like more transparency on the matter by means of an informative dashboard and daily reporting. The information currently provided on the site does not suffice.
- shut your mouths for a few months if possible.

I invested 5K in January 2022 through the Arbismart platform, and got about 450 RBIS for that price at that time. Now 2 months later, this is my worst experience in the crypto space, and by far.

I learnt my lessons:
- Don't invest in a project where 99% of the supply is hold by one wallet (who btw just transferred 1 million RBIS to another wallet on 4th March, you can easily check it on etherscan...)
- Check if the license and regulation claimed by the crypto company are valid. In case of Arbismart, it claimed to have a valid EU license issued in Estonia, which was actually not true anymore when I invested.
- Check if a project team is actually existing and if there is good transparency about the project

I did not do these checks before investing, and this is what happened next:
- the RBIS token value dropped from 12 euros to 0.5 euros as soon as it got listed on exchange platforms
- because I asked for a refund (on the ground that Arbismart was no longer holding a valid EU license at the time of my investment), Arbismart stopped my arbitrage profit without informing me
- the communication channel is stopped, I can't get any further feedback from their "support" team (today the chat seems even disabled on their website...)

So what I am left with is 450 RBIS worth barely 200 euros, and an arbitrage profit of 8 euros (what I got in my first week before Arbismart cancelled my arbitrage profit). It's a loss of 90.8%...

Some people seems to still believe in this project, probably because they are in the same situation as me and can't accept such a financial loss.

My advice to people considering investing with Arbismart is to not do it, as 99% of the token supply is hold by one wallet. The RBIS tokenomics is extremelly unhealthy.

I waited to respond, as I hoped to receive direct feedback through the chat by Arbismart support team on my question adressed to them. But the chat is disabled for a month now and I got also no feedback by email. So I'm left with Trustpilot only to try to get answers to my question.
But first, if I do take responsibility on investing at my own risk in Arbismart, I won't take responsibility for making false claims, everything written above are facts. I posted my experience on Trustpilot to warn people of the very high risks when investing in Arbismart.
So I hope that another Arbismart team member can be educated enough to answer my question:
- Which Terms of use did I violated? Asking for a refund because the Estonian EU licence advertised by Arbismart on their website and emails was not valid anymore when I invested? Nothing is written about this point in the Terms of use. So without a factual answer and clear proof from Arbismart on the Terms of use I violated, the unilateral termination of my arbitrage profits is illegal. Please provide answer on this point.

Hello is there a team working in Arbismart to answer my question? I still have no access to the chat when I login to Arbismart platform (for more than 2 months now!), and still haven't receive any proof of which term of use I violated. My arbitrage profit have been stopped unilaterally by Arbismart, which mean Arbismart is not providing the service I paid for. Are you going to answer to my claim. Please provide the proof of which term of use I violated. Thank you.

I ve investing many money and the token dicrease so i lost many money . Now i just wait with hope increase in next months .

There are upsides - works basically great - but the start of RBIS withdrawals was disappointing. Arbismart is still a great service - but it seems the RBIS tokens are mainly a tool - not an investment - at least yet...

I am not sure why the words scam are used, I also saw my account value drop at the speed of light and surely communications about listing RBIS could have been much better. But what happens to the value of a listing similar to stocks after launching is up to demand, nothing else. Clearly the assumed value of RBIS is very far from todays value, but the future will prove. In my savings account the number of RBIS grows daily and as such theoretically will reach to profit again.

The project is serious and I think it will get big in the future.

A coin that was suppossed to resist to a bearmarket that lost 99% on exchanges... Great for making me loosing money a this term.

It is important to me that I can see my daily profits and the growth in the dashboard.

The 45% APY promised in the website is not automatic. You need to buy RBIS coins. The price of RBIS is very volatile because the great majority of them is owned by one user.

Look at the price. Rbis lost, others rise!

The first RBIS quotations are rather catastrophic. We need to be informed.

The support is too slow. Only accessible via the chat on the site and the responses are coming several days later. I have several questions but can't talk to anyone directly. I was planning to invest much more but I won't until I get more confidence in Arbismart. They claim that you can contact them via Messenger and WhatsApp but it's not true. Also, you can't convert the token to Fiat currency (i.e. EUR) directly on their site. You have to transfer to other exchanges. Very complex approach. I hope to see some serious simplification and improvements before I can invest more. I like the idea of arbitrage though.

It is SCAM!! They sell their own token RBIS 10-20x more expensive than it is on exchanges. And there is no way sell the token back to them for their own price.
So you lose about 90% of your money in that moment when you sent your money! Be carful.

NO benefits you provide can cover the immediate 90% loss!! And second, what you are writing is no explanation why you don’t take back RBIS at your own price. Sorry, still SCAM!
