WRONGLY DELIVERED ITEMS EVERYTIME

Every single time that I’ve ordered ( 5 times ) the wrong product or size is delivered . The pick up comes and they refuse to take it back since it does not match the order product photo ! That’s because you’ve delivered the wrong product !
Please check delivery order + address + size
You must be keeping packers who can’t read and check

I have been placing return for my order…

I have been placing return for my order and they keep cancelling my return request saying pickup from my end is cancelled but there is no one to pick up how can i cancel when there is no one to come to pick, this company is a fraud their customer service is fraud they do sell the kurta to your doors but their sizes will have issues causing you to place return but then they wont let u return and nor refund you back the amount

Poor customer service

Poor customer service. I have been chasing fir a basic resolution. Aranya credit is instant credit but it's taking forever. No clear response already 3 days and only automated response to wait more. I am a premiumember of Aramya and like their clothes a lot . It's of excellent quality but customer support is pathetic.

Their Service is very poor

Their Service is very poor. I dont understand which delivery partner they are associted with. I also placed a exchange order . Pick up done after so much of hassle and then delivering the exchnage product is also a big pain. I wont suggest anyone to buy anything from this company

Making fool of customer

I had booked a order from aramya and received the same.there was a size issue..i exchanged it with next available size. And again n again they are saying we will pick ur previous ordered product and deliver you the fresh one with latest order. Now they are saying u r not taking our calls that's why we are not able to pick it up... I am fed up with this company ...no one contacted me for pick up...I m looking for my refund and there is no answer from aramya...
Chor company ...thug company.... Dnt buy anything from aramya.👿😈👎
