The worst ever! Sent an order for a hospital from Vic to NSW Jan 9 - 11 days later ask for more info as they can’t “find address” despite it being on the label - even sent them google screenshot showing hospital address
Now it’s Feb 3 and it’s about to arrive back at my showrooms
Clearly driver has zero idea how to read maps or info and now the hospital is massively inconvenienced
Avoid using Aramex at all costs, they have a very low rating for a reason

Here's a little lesson in customer service, I ordered an item from a business in Geelong on the 31/1/26 and I received my purchase this morning the 3/2/26 it actually left Geelong on the 2/1/26 and I live in Picton NSW.
That's what great customer service looks like.

Parcels aren't collected, parcels are lost and the worst part is when you work directly with this company and email customer service, your sales rep and the customer service manager to close your account and request your pre paid funds to be refunded nobody responds.
This company thrives on bad service and stolen money. Stay away

A pair of shoes was apparently delivered to my doorsteps by Aramex, the notification email was sent to me with a photo of the delivery. But unfortunately, when I opened the front door, the parcel was nowhere to be found. I contacted Aramex, but got told it was delivered, they were relying on the photo. Now I have heard on the grapevine that some Aramex couriers deliver a parcel, take a photo for "proof" then take back the parcel for themselves and sell the items on eBay or gumtree. The Aramex company is in the dark as they cannot prove anything, and the receiver can't prove anything either because of that deceiving photo. Now, I contacted the shoe seller and they were kind enough to send me another pair, but this time they used auspost instead. so much safer. After this shocking experience and reading all the bad reviews about Aramex, when I buy something online I will make sure they do not use Aramex as their delivery service.

Today was the third time in as many deliveries that my parcel didn't make it to me. I have had enough, and will refuse to buy any thing online if the retailer's method of delivery is via Aramex. Their service fails at all levels from insufficent notification of delivery, to drivers who don't even bother to try to deliver and just leave a card in the letterbox, to telephone customer service staff who poorly administer a policy that makes it impossible to get a custome focused solution. I only wish I could give a zero star rating.

Parcel thrown over the fence, in spite of there being a large letterbox by the gate and a wide verandah where it could have been put out of view from passers by. I was at home. This is not the first time. Why are they still in business.
Thank you for your generic reply, which has not addressed any issues. You don't appreciate feedback, and you certainly are not striving to improve your service, otherwise there WOULD be improvements.

This Servise very poor and stupid driver why he think to send the package wrong address where the eye? Where the brain not careful about package custmr and send wrong house . I have cctv I have proof nobody staff send the package at the time when I call the customer service need the photo proff id delivery I see not my house . Where is the 0 star? No communication, no updates except that my parcel has been in a depot from 23 days.
I called customer support that cannot do anything, telling me a manager is going to call and nobody calls. To this day, I havent received my parcel, dont know if one day going to be delivered. This is a very frustrating experience in all honesty. How can you operate this way?

If they delivered for free, I still wouldn't use them, they are absolutely hopeless, the tracking is a joke, it's like your parcel is in a truck that has parked in between depots for days, this is not a one off, this is the last 3 deliveries, it has got to point that if I know a supplier uses Aramex I will not buy from them. Literally only gave 1 star because no stars want an option. I cringe every time I get a message from Aramex about a delivery.
I bought 4 items from Spotlight, who guaranteed 2 - 5 business days for delivery. It has now blown out to 11 days with no guarantee and it was an item we needed for this weekend so pretty useless antway.
Surely by now businesses know Aramex is useless?

I had the worst experience ever with Aramex. I honestly don’t understand how they still have a customer base when their service standards are this poor. Communication was terrible, there were no ETA updates, and the tracking status was basically a joke.
My parcel took an entire month to arrive, and it only showed up after the business owner who sent it had to chase them multiple times. When it finally got delivered, it was late in the evening, clearly rushed, and the driver didn’t even bother to knock or ring the bell. The package was left outside overnight — that’s how little they seem to care about customers or their belongings.
If I had a choice, I would have stayed far away from this company, especially considering the huge number of negative reviews they already have. Definitely not a service I’d recommend.

2nd time I have had a delivery sitting at their depot 10 mins from my house for days, nobody can assist. Just have to wait, not sure for how long but it has been 9 days now and still no idea when it will arrive.

Aramex claimed I wasn’t home and sent my package to a parcel point, even though I was home all day. No delivery attempt was made. Completely unreliable and dishonest service. Would not recommend.

As a business, Alpha Disability Support relies on dependable and timely delivery services. Unfortunately, our recent experience with Aramex Australia has been completely unacceptable.
We are writing this review regarding a lost parcel, tracking number **MS0017318727** (Order No. 107763). The parcel contained essential items, and despite receiving initial tracking updates, the package never arrived and has now been confirmed as lost by the courier.
The most frustrating part of this experience has been the complete lack of customer support. We have been "given the run around regarding its whereabouts" and have made no progress in resolving the issue. The service has been unhelpful and disappointing.
Due to this significant failure in service, we strongly advise other businesses to consider alternative couriers for their delivery needs.

This company is disgusting. Their driver who did not spek English threw our parcel over the front gate onto the concrete. When I phoned Aramrx to complain I got a recorded message that I could not understand and then spoke to a lady I could not understand. I told her my complaint and got ok thanks for calling Aramex abd hung up after waiting 10 minutes on the phone.

This is an absolutely terrible courier. It sits in Melbourne for 10 days for no apparent reason. Ends up delaying my parcel by more than a week on board for delivery in my small town since 5 am and still hasn’t arrived at 10 pm.
