Hi I’m really needing more help here. I contracted their services and now that I’m needing their support, they are so slow on replies that’s similar as if not getting any support at all.
I need help with case 032052/0007776 please.

I would like to say thank you to Josie for all her hard work , I am very pleased with the outcome .

The lawyer is not proactive and taking the ownership and you have to chase so many times for them to action on anything. They are doing the very minimum and not really helping. They got my letter somewhere else and delayed the whole process by two weeks by simply not checking mails carefully.

Lydia was great once she got hold of the case, had a few issues at the start of the case but once reassigned, everything was handled well.

On the downside compiling the online registration form I found frustrating and got knocked off twice.

I finally managed but unfortunately my further information did not go but now resolved

The advisors were all very helpful - though there were several different ones during the claim (the only reason they get 4* not 5*) and getting replies to emails took a bit of time.

Paul Rosser and the law firm reviewed and accepted my case on very short notice with tight deadlines approaching.

I found Paul to be honest, clear and concise with every matter addressed, and any advice was always supported with a logical explanation and/or experiences. I always felt like I knew where we were in terms of developments and found it effortless to build a rapport.

From the start I found Arag law ( having gone through a couple of name changes)very helpful and easy to deal with. Khuram Iqbal was very helpful and made whole process very easy

Absolutely appalling they cost me over £4000 due to lack of commitment to case using the 51% rule as a means not to honour there insurance policy which we have paid for not once, twice but three times one way or another.

They are shocking SAVE YOUR MONEY and look elsewhere.

Update:
They claim that our complaint has been concluded?

Ha? They have lied stating false facts of which we have provided evidence of.

We have achieved representation from another law firm above 51% success rate.

We have 3 subscriptions with ARAG through different sources.

My feeling is these people are not qualified to offer legal advice.

They call themselves associates which has no legal standing or qualification attached to the title.

Call Center mentality using legal jargon.

Don’t use them they not qualified!!!! In my view?

We are reporting them in due course to the legal ombudsman and the SRA

First things first though undoing the mess they created.

You can get a CFA (no win, no fee) without paying ARAG a subscription, because that’s what it is a subscription for a really bad service and no advice.

Just search the internet, you’ll get the same result.

Having to make a personal injury claim is a very daunting, confusing, complicated and stressful process. But Paul Rosser was always on hand to provide support, guidance and reassurance throughout the process.

There were times when I felt the other side were purposely being obstructive to make me give up on the claim because of how stressful it was becoming.

I genuinely felt from start to finish that Paul cared about me and my case. If he told me he’d update me in a certain time period he would do it.

To finally draw a line under this chapter after so many years was a very emotional moment for me and I couldn’t see myself having gotten to this point without Paul.
