While the cost of insurance is increasing the Arachas staff are very efficient and courteous. They get back to you very quickly with all information and your questions answered.

Craft insure were great to deal with and always v efficient

Arachas took over John Brady Insurances last year. I had previously used Brady's as broker for cover of my Irish home. No problems and great fridndly service.
Like many I now am domiciled in the UK. This year I was told that, because of Brexit, they were unable to assist me in finding any future cover as my principal residence is not in the RoI.
That is their choice not "Brexit" legislation. The unwelcome communication was botched badly by them, by email with a standard letter as an attachment. Very poor customer service, which makes me wonder what might happen if they were involved in sorting out any claim.
My instinct is to say BEWARE don't even think of using them if you are new...but let's hope that they may sort things out for existing customers. The Brady staff seem to remain, and have always been first class
