Recently renewed our Insurance with Sinead Swayne at Arachas. Sinead is a pleasure to deal with. Any query was answered promptly. She is extremely professional, helpful and knowledgeable and made our renewal process so much easier. I would highly recommend dealing with Sinead.

I went with Arachas for my first time car insurance, specifically Zach O'Halloran and Mark Hanley. I couldn't have been looked after better! Zach was an absolute gent to deal with both in person and over the phone, and went above and beyond to get me the best value cover possible. The two lads worked seamlessly together and made my life extremely simple. I couldn't recommend Arachas enough!

I have been dealing with Arachas for over a year now in relation to our home insurance. They are prompt, professional and very easy to communicate with. Any queries we had were generally dealt with the same day with a call back from their staff. In particular I'd like to mention Zach O'Halloran for his professionalism, courtesy and assistance in dealing with our insurance. Having one person assigned to your case makes the progress a lot easier and we were happy to renew again this year. No matter was too small to Zach who dealt with it quickly and efficiently.

Highly responsive. Zach responded to my query very quickly and was very informative. There were a number of updates to our proposal and he updated these very quickly.

Extremely bad customer service phoned supposed to give a call back. Hours later no call back. Phoned again waiting on line now 30 minutes with no sign of anyone anwereing.

Professional, courteous, effective

My policy is up for renewal on the 10th and even though I have rang numerous times and even went down to there offices in Little island I could not get anyone to help me , The person I spoke to would only say that he would TRY and contact Luciano who’s dealing with my policy and se if he could get him to ring me what a joke and I have had around 8 policies at the one time covering all my properties but now I’m down to 2 and shortly I will have none , In my opinion try to get your household properties through other brokers or directly because the staff in little island just dont care .
