First time customer and I am pleased with all aspects of my purchase from packaging, shipping, and quality.
Recently ordered a firearm from this vendor based on information in the description on their website. Subsequently the FFL stated the firearm is not permitted in this state. The vendor charged inordinate shipping and re-stocking fees to return the item despite the incorrect information on their site ( the website still contains the incorrect information. I contacted the vendor seeking some relief in the exorbitant fees and they ignored my request despite the erroneous information. I do not recommend purchasing from this vendor.

I ordered two measly 6.5 Grendel 10rd. magazines over two weeks ago. They banged my credit card. I attempted to contact them and there is NO phone number for this mess of a company. I made contact via email and was told there was a holiday delay but they would be shipping in a couple of days. Three days after they told me it would ship they provided a USPS tracking number. USPS has been waiting a week for AR Bullshit to provide the mags. I tried to cancel the order and to get a remittance on my credit card. THEY NOW SAY THEY CANNOT CANCEL THE ORDER THEY HAVE NOT SHIPPED. THERE IS NO PHONE NUMBER TO CONTACT THESE ASSHOLES.
IF YOU ARE RUNNING A BUSINESS AND HAVE NO PHONE CONTACT SERVICE YOU HAVE NO CUSTOMER SERVICE. BEWARE OF THIS INEPT BUSINESS. I WILL ATTEMPT TO GET MY MONEY BACK FROM MY CREDIT CARD SERVICE. THEY PROVIDE PERSONAL CONTACT VIA THE TELEPHONE.

I purchased an approximately $400 order, several items. One item was a KAK 5/8-24 ar10 flash hider. The muzzle device cost about $40. When I received the order everything was ok except the flash hider, it was the wrong size, It was 1/2-36. I have been trying to get a replacement with the correct size for 2 weeks now. I have been on their chat and also requested a phone call, which I got and was promised that they would take care of it. I still have not heard anything from them after the last chat. They do not honor their word or their policy that they state on their website. I have been blown off by them. I would like to tell everyone, if they mess up your order, good luck in getting it taken care of and you will not get your money back. I will never do business with them again.

All right, the rest of the story! I live less then 20 miles from AR15 Discounts business. A terrible mix up of tracking numbers told me my order went to California. However I went to the company and talked to a very nice young lady and she explained the problem and told me that if I didn't receive my order in a few days to come back in and they would hand me my part on the spot.
