I'm having a bad experience with them
no way to contact with them
I buy a barrel to ar15 discounts but I want longer barrel so they told me that they will change it
so I send the 16'' but they never send me the one I need. now I don't have neither . but pay for it.

Made an order yesterday. Today, one of the items I wanted is back in stock, so i reached out to see if I could cancel part of the order and get the part I originally wanted. Nope. Gotta cancel the whole order. Well, problem is then a barrel I was ordering is now full price and they won’t honor the sale price I purchased it under. Basically zero customer service, just a bot you’re conversing with who “escalates” your issue, but don’t really expect a timely response from the escalation. They’re happy to take your money, but not even remotely interested in providing a good customer experience.

I personally have had the great privilege of not only purchasing many great AR-10/15 and other name types/brands firearms but the learning experiences as well, and the prices are very hard to beat as a major bonus.

Quality kit, fair price, quick shipping.

I purchased an item on December 28th, that was in stock. I reached out yesterday and today to this company, via the chat portal. Both times I received word that my item is labeled, and has been so since January 3rd. Apparently, it still will not ship for 6-7 more days. This is absurd considering that the item I purchased is available many other places.

I wish I had read the reviews prior to purchasing anything through this business. I believe that this company is over-extended in a few areas.

Ordered something paid for said item. Items shipped. Items in never ending loop on shipping. Reach out to see what is going on. They give no help at all. Reach out to USPS no help at all. Just out my money and hoping that the item shows up sometime. Has literally been to my cities Regional Building twice and shipped back to the last place it was before my city.

Placed an order for an in stock item on the 29th of DEC. Ask customer service why the order is still showing as being processed. Next day they cancel my order saying item is out of stock. At least I got my money back. Be careful with this outfit they sit on orders then cancel no notice.

Update as of 7 Jan 2025, the company stated they would refund the purchase and still have not. Take your business to a company that will not try to rob you. You have been warned.

You guys really helped me out with finding the right quad rail for what I was aiming for. Awesome customer servers very knowledgeable. Definitely a company I plan to do a lot of business with.

Shopping is a breeze, fast searches, easy filtering and a checkout that is no problem. I use AR15DISCOUNTS.COM to find great deals, it also is a great tool to price items or for comparison shopping. I wish shipping wasn't so expensive for faster delivery or that free shipping was included for checkouts over a certain value.

Also, you sent me the New Years Giveaway in my package and I was extremely enthused to sign up, just to find out it was already won. I'll Probably need counseling to recover from the heartbreak because that looks like a sweet Watchman 22 and KHX custom 1911.

My order has been in “processing” limbo for a week now. I thought no big deal, there is another company in North Carolina that will get my order to me. So when I attempted to cancel the order they refused. They said it was too far in the processing process to give me a refund. Really?? I just wanted to nicely cancel my order and move on. Think twice before you order from this place.

Absolute worst company I have ever dealt with. customer service is nonexistent, employees are ignorant, and useless. The one thing that they’re very very good at is excuses for not shipping the items you paid for and giving you the runaround. I purchase several thousand dollars worth of merchandise and all I got was excuse after excuse after excuse, sent me an email telling me it was shipped. All they did was print the label. five days later still didn’t ship anything. Worst then dealing with China, and that’s about as bad as it gets. This company is a joke

Great selection @ even greater prices. Option for flat rate shipping is appreciated out here in Hawaii. Too everyone, rifle magazines or anything that isn't compatible with typical handguns aren't regulated. Only pistol mags are capped to 10rds. No capacity limit for ar's etc. Ar pistols are regulated by welding and aluminum 10 rd mag to lower and loading from top with upper lifted. Yikes.
