The spa is defective. No one will replace the defective part. Customer service is terrible! Dave is a sarcastic useless representative and should be fired!.

I believe you are having trouble with your control panel; if you have not/do not gotten/get a resolution, we will do our best to help walk this forward together to get it fixed.

The Chat is set up to allow customers to receive the transcript. I am thinking you have to select that in the interface on your end after the chat is complete. I will be looking into it to be sure...thanks!

Great product until it starts leaking…
Great product until it starts leaking like mad. Not to worry your warranty is worthless even if the spa fails in the first year.
I honestly can't say enough bad things about this company. My first issue well within the warranty period, the spa wasn't making temp. I was instructed over the phone and through email to take screen shots of a volt meter placed at specified locations to trouble shoot the heating issue. After collecting the information and sending it back l was rewarded by complete silence on the part of Aquarest. Thanks again. I ended up converting the hottub over to 220v, which helped the problem.
The second issue was the extreme leaking that showed up within the first year. However, this newest problem wasn't even important enough for a return email or call back either.
I would rate Aquarest warranty and customer support (tech support) at a negative 20.
Now I'm not saying the product isn't great when it's problem free. We all understand things happen. What l am saying clearly is that as far as any type of support my experience with this company is all bad.
I still advocate buying from an American company.

Terrific customer service experience
Terrific customer service experience. We had a problem with filters for our hot tub (which ended up being our problem not understanding how to install a new filter), and when I initially wrote to Aquarest, they immediately responded in writing, asked for filter pictures, and researched where we had made a mistake- and were super kind to us, to boot! Could not have been more responsive or efficient.
