The engineer arrived at the agreed time, started straight away new shower deliveries arrived and they took the bath and old shower away. Worked throughout the day keeping me up to date as to how it was going. At the completion of the installation and demo on the new shower cleaned everything up and left. Could fault his work

The fitter was friendly
The fitter was friendly, polite and he went above and beyond to ensure the shower was fitted perfectly and ensure it worked perfectly for me, also he left my flat clean and tidy. Plus delivery and rubbish pick up went smooth and on schedule

One Small Step For An Elderly Man
Where to start? I guess it’s with my daughter’s suggestion that I look into having my bath replaced by a shower enclosure given my age & health. Then I recalled that friends had had such work done & were more than happy with it. I checked with them that it was Aquability, having sent off for their brochure.
Next I phoned & made an appointment for a representative to call. He explained how the whole process worked & assured me that the work would be done in a day. After some thought I gave the go ahead. The whole process went as the representative had said & the work was completed sooner than I anticipated. The fitter/plumber cracked on with the work & completed it within a day, the old bathroom parts & packaging etc were taken away the next working day.
The result is almost identical to the brochure pictures except I went for white grab handles instead of chrome. The difference to my daily shower routine is amazing. From clambering over the lip of a bath to now just a small step into the shower enclosure, showering & then stepping out again is effortless. The enclosure looks good too & workmanship is first class. All in all I’m delighted & have told family & friends about Aquability, especially the elderly ones with standard bathrooms. I strongly recommend the walk in shower enclosure, so well done all at Aquability especially those who were personally involved in the work I had done.

Punctual and efficient: Feb 25th, 2026
The rep arrived punctually and was very thorough in explaining the type of bath I was seeking. The bath arrived punctually the day before it was due to be installed and again the plumber/electrician was on time. Almost no mess and I have now had a pleasant bath using the up and down lift chair to help me get out. It all seems very simple to use.

A bit pricey, but they did deliver.
The product can be considered a bit on the pricey side, but you are paying for the convenience.
