Con merchants to a tee.
I was aware they'd refuse a refund if I opened the package so I didn't.
Return label is a UK one but they want me to sent it back to China.
Do not buy this crap, they are liars and con artists.
They have now gone silent and are refusing to respond to emails being sent to them. Trading standards informed.

Faulty used Chinese crap! Guarantee not applicable for any reason!

Box arrived wet and damaged, with liquid dripping from washer, customer service state can not return a used item even though I hadn’t actually unpacked any of the attachments, photos supplied

Avoid at all cost, THEY remove negative feedback on their U.K. website

They say you get what you pay for, and this is very true of the AquaForce “UK” (imported from China). The pressure was not high enough to clean the encrusted dirt on my alloy wheels, and the battery life isn’t great. The whole device feels flimsy, and you’ll find yourself with ANOTHER non-interoperable battery pack.

I’d suggest avoiding this, and go with one that costs a few pounds more, from whichever tool brand you have existing devices for

I also bought this piece of junk thinking I was dealing with a UK company.Washer keeps cutting out after only a couple of minutes use I suspect due to getting very warm.Pile of junk going straight in the bin.Total waste of money.

I was also fooled into thinking this was a uk company until i saw the payment was made to China . tried to cancel but unable to as they said it was shipped.
i’ve received this cheap nasty product … didn’t even unpack it and messaged their customer service to return. i had to send a photo to show its unused and they have agreed to take it back … but the cost to return is more than the product!!
Do not buy from these scammers!!

What terrible customer service
I cannot find any way to return the pressure washer even although it has never been used.

This company are horrendous.
Purchased the product and immediately realised it was not as described.
The battery life is ,at best, 10 minutes. Not the 2 hours as advertised.
The pressure is not enough to wash dead bugs off the bonnet.
It cuts out after 10 minutes and needs recharging.
Contacted the company and they refused to accept return as it was used!
Then refused as it was a hygiene issue to accept a return.
They don’t seem to understand consumer law and don’t care either.
Do not buy this product. Rubbish.
The company will not refund you.
Have to chargeback with your credit card issuer.
The more people that chargeback the better as the card issuers will refuse to accept this company as a customer.

Again, Chinese masquerading as UK company. Pressure washer that simply is not! No pressure, flimsy cheap plastic and of course absolutely no customer service or refund. The day after delivery I used it once, found out it didn't work as advertised, contacted them, they said once used they cannot refund....surprise surprise!! Once they have your money that's it, not interested at all. BEWARE UTTER RUBBISH.

I purchased the aqua force so called pressure washer and was not impressed with the quality or the power. The hose was all kinked so water could not pass through properly, the body of the unit looks and feels like very cheap plastic, I only used it once and decided it was not for me. I have requested to return it however their customer service team say I cannot do this due to Hygienic reasons. I could understand this if it was a piece of jewellery or clothing, but a so called pressure washer I think not.
Please do not waste your money on this item.
Maybe I was unlucky and got a faulty item, However I don't think so.
Their customer service department have been no help.
