Josh pulled on to our caravan site to clean another caravan, I approached him for more information. He was so polite and friendly. We booked him in and he accommodated us with a day to suit us. He sent photos of the caravan after completing it. We were over the moon with it and look forward to going to the caravan this weekend knowing it’s clean enabling us to put our awning up. Thanks Josh for your professionalism

Recently employed Aquaforce to drain down and reconnect my static caravan in Scarborough and also clean the outside before occupying it for the new season
Josh did an excellent job to the deadlines requested. My van is now 13 years old...I always cleaned it myself but it now looks almost brand-new..the best it has ever been!

Absolute disgrace, I have been asking for a refund for some time now and they just do not respond. I want my money back.

Do not buy - absolute waste of money!
Shipped direct from China so has to be returned to China (at your expense) if you ask for a refund.
Lucky if you can get more than 15mins out of battery, plus cuts out every few mins due to overheating.
Pressure useless (no way you can clean a car or paving as these con men claim). Waste of time complaining or asking for a refund, they just fob you off and don't give a toss about UK consumer rights!

Absolute rubbish. No more pressure than the garden hose. When asked if I could send it back the reply was 'you cannot return used goods'. Total rip off.

Absolutely rubbish! The item arrived quickly and badly packaged in a brown box. The manufacturer ‘claims’ it has a good battery, however, this is certainly not the case. We have used it just twice, the first time lasting 40 minutes and the second time, despite it being on charge for 2 days, it lasted just 20 minutes! Their customer service department are very unhelpful and refused a refund reminding us to read the Terms and Conditions. DO NOT BUY, DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!

I also have been tricked by this company into believing they were based in the UK. "Aqua-forceuk". They are not. Due to the reviews on here, I contacted them several times requesting a refund and asked for a UK return address. Eventually they responded giving an address in China!
Their ad always shows only positive reviews even though I have left negative ones.
Be warned!

Wish I had seen these reviews before I bought. when i opened the box and put it together I realized this was NOT a quality item. The guarantee says "if you are dissatisfied for ANY reason..." so I have emailed to ask for the money back, and where to send it back to. Since then all I get is a continued run around and no address, despite many emails. They just ignore me.

Its absolutely rubbish I can’t even find an address to return it to the mailing address from Amazon is in China and to send it by post was around 70 pounds far more than what I paid for it so I don’t know how I can get a refund from Amazon. They keep sending me the same Chinese address return form, which is not valid at the post office. Stay clear of it. It’s rubbish.

I wouldn’t even waste 1 star on this company.
Bought the pressure washer through an Ad on Face Book. Only got totry and use it a week later. Battery is basically useless. Charged it for most of the day and it didn't even give me 5sec of full pressure. I have emailed Aqua Force and the reply was 'As stated in our Terms and Conditions, we can not accept returns for used items as we do not know what they have done to the item' No offer to replace either. I will be reporting them to Trading Standards as all consumer rights have been blatantly ignored and refused. Please don't buy anything from this company. They are basically Scammers.

Chinese junk. Facebook ad implies uk company, it is not. No redress for an item that is totally misrepresented. Trading standards should protect people from this kind of fraud because that's what it is. Facebook also has a case to answer.

Rubbish product. Everything they say is untrue such as power pressure & battery length of time which were extremely exaggerated. After using once & reported it as used as it had water in it after unpacking & it's flimsy build I asked for a refund which they refused even though I was within the 30 days after received.
Take heed do no buy!

purchased the washer August 5th used for first time today `13th September battery lasted 10 minutes the water pipe which is hard plastic floats

I wish I had read these reviews before I bought it. Sadly, I am having the same problems - my washer arrived but just does not work at all. No power in the battery unit despite the green light showing as charged. I have not been able to use it at all.
The customer service response has been terrible. I have had to send them a video of the unit not working and after chasing them 7 times I am still waiting for a refund or replacement. No phone number to contact anyone. I feel totally conned.

I have to add however, that a day after posting this and chasing them again I have had a reply to say they are sending me a new unit. So, I wait in hope.

Steer clear save your money absolutely rubbish no pressure at all. Customer service despicable!

A piece of crap! Total scam ! No refund ! Typical Chinese deception ! Facebook not taking any responsibility or contactable dept for their advertisement . Great Advertisement and Chinese Robbery !!!

Bought this advertised on Facebook utter rubbish battery lasted 10/12 minutes contacted company 4 times through email just got the same reply, as it was used no refund. I did make the point that it was not fit for purpose and i was entitled to a full refund no joy whatsoever. Fortunately I used credit card and they will hopefully do a charge back on the company. But i have to give 15 days for company to collect item and issue full refund and advise them of that.

I wont be holding my breath!!!

Cheap rubbish as battery only lasted 15 minutes instead of 2 hours as stated on their website.
Customer services is just as bad as No refund as used it how would I know it had a faulty battery before using it.
I am getting hold of my bank to get my money back by asking bank to do a charge back on company
