Communication lacking…
The service person did not send photos or talk to us before he left about what he did as has been the custom. We told him about ants. He said he would take care of that. Day after he left a whole army of ants in carport. We sprayed them ourselves.

Inexperience - Not treating trees - Rat boxes - Spider Webs
When I changed over to Aptive Pest Control, which was more expensive that the service i had been using for several years, it was because they told me their service included treating my fruit trees. My first inspection, the inspector who was experienced said he could not treat the trees while they had fruit on them, so that make sence. The second time I had a service on 7-29-26 the inspector had only been with the company for a couple of weeks. He seemed very inexperiences, though nice. He did not know anything about treating fruit trees and initially told me that they don't do that. He also moved my rat bate stations because he said they were too close to the house. But, they were in the same location that in other service had placed them, (and I had many different inspectors service those boxes over the years.) AND the boxes where in the same place the the first Aptive technician placed them. Additionally, after the service, I found multiple locations on the outside of the house that had heavy spider webs.

Julian was very good but supplies needed were not available to him
Julian was very good and communicated well with us. The problem we had was that he did not have the products he needed available to him when he came--Sluggo for the garden, and wasp traps--both which we need. The last visit from another technician, also did not have the Sluggo available. I hope this lack of products can be resolved.
