I've had 3 services so far. Honestly, not bad and competitive with other companies that do pest control. The level of attention really depends on the technician you receive. I will say it has been 3 different people each time and not the same person. I've had good experiences (technician spends time and is careful) and I've had okay experiences (technician does the bare minimum). Their online scheduling is a huge plus, I can schedule revisits too which are free.
Biggest Cons: Aggressive sales door to door sales that over promised. Different technician each visit, I wish it were the same person that can build familiarity with my property and my needs. Instead of having to explain it repeatedly.

The technician was on their cell phone the majority of the time during our service visit and in my opinion did not seem to care about doing a good job. I watched the technician step on my flowers in the landscaping which could have easily been avoided if they had watched where they were stepping.

I have been very happy with Aptive for my pest control. All service technicians have been professional and knowledgeable about the treatment process. Most of all, the treatment results exceed my expectations when controlling ants, bees, etc. Highly recommended!

Had many yellow jackets flying around our porch. Could not even sit there without being dive bombed by them. You were here for one treatment and the next day they were gone.

The young man yesterday was friendly , helpful and thorough, unlike the previous man who came to spray for ants several weeks ago. That young man was not customer friendly, told me if I spray ants myself I should just STOP your service. only sprayed 1 time due to all over my kitchen counters till Adaptive got here. Think you need to train the Ant sprayer some customer service!

I did not give you a 5 star because Aptive doesn't tell you when they are coming. They just show up. The tech text messages you that they will be there in 20-40 minutes. We were not even home. We were headed out of town. They only did the outside. We wanted them to do the inside also. I think a little more notice on when they are coming would be very nice. I can not blame the tech. It is the office staff that needs to be more customer friendly. Normally they notify you what day they are going to be there. And give you a four hour window (8-12 or 12-4). That in my opinion is way to much of a window. If I did that to my clients I wouldn't have a business. I would give the tech's a 5 star. But your customer service stinks!
I can not wait to get out of this contract! I hope it is soon. By the way. You can't get out of your contract unless you pay a penalty. Real customer friendly!

I own a business so my schedule is very full. I need interior spraying done when Aptiva comes. When I schedule my service I expect it to actually take place. They guys scheduled was so full that at 8pm in the evening he was still trying to get to me. I had to cancel. Rescheduled like I said is difficult with me schedule. Disappointed that my appt had been scheduled for a few months and you over booked my service tech so he never got to me on my scheduled day.
