Horrible experience, they sell products that suppose to be forever, but then after one year they recharge you to keep on using it and they customer service is disrespectful, offensive and horrible bad.
They say a a module is forever and you only pay for support if needed. But this is a lie! There answer is to give responsibility to others which is nonsense when they are the developer and creator. Also FYI this says on the site of SiberianCMS: "XDelivery is sold by our partner AppTeam, updates and support are provided by the vendor directly"

As explained in the email, your purchase was made on the Siberiancms.com website and we do not manage the licenses. furthermore, at the time of purchase it is specified that an annual license is purchased. if you have changed server also combining IP only Siberiancms can help you. Your one-star rating is out of place given your case.
