Bought a fridge that emits a high squealing sound 3 weeks ago. Have been in constant communication trying to return it. Had an Electrolux technician come into my home and intimidate me and tell me nothing was wrong with it. In the meantime, it sounds like an airplane is taking off in our kitchen. We will have to take them to consumer affairs and VCAT. Don’t buy from them. Unprofessional, zero integrity. Faulty goods. Faulty company.

I always look at appliances online first, they usually have what I need at very competitive prices. Delivery is free and prompt, even to non-metro areas.

ordered my range over the phone and was delivered as promised. Service was excellent. Just a minor hiccup, I could not get the range installed on the day it was delivered as the electricians were not available through Appliancesonline, until a week later. I had to source somebody else to install and dispose off the old range... I can understand that the electrical works are possibly outsourced by appliances on line however, it would have been ideal if it all happened through the one point of contact

Ordered the appliance at 11pm, delivered the next day. Called by the delivery driver 5 mins before delivery. All my appliances have been purchased through Appliances Online.

online ordering was a simple process, best prices on the market and next day plug in plug out delivery and removal of old fridge was a godsend, delivery and installation was on time and a very smooth process, delivery drivers were very polite and professional.

Pricing seems to be competitive and they will try to price match. Sales and office staff always good to deal with. Would be 5stars but they have outsourced delivery now and even though we had arranged installation we had to connect the water/ ice which is a 5 minute job meaning the fridge was left in the kitchen. To me that is not installation. Delivery not as professional as previous purchases and it erodes confidence on big ticket items.

Efficient, easy and reliable

Was skeptical at first, but seriously good service. You can choose ANY delivery day (unlike ordering from LG directly) and their delivery team gave me regular updates the days leading up to and on the day of delivery so I knew exactly when to expect it. The team installed it and took away the rubbish and were friendly and polite. I had the worst delivery experience with LG directly who wouldn’t even bring it into the house, just left it at the front door even though I told them I live alone.

Placed an order for an ‘in stock’ item. Received a email informing me it would be delivered in over a MONTH’S time. Tried to contact customer support as this was not acceptable to me. No response to the email I sent. Tried to log on to the website to view my order. Was told a code was sent to my email but one never arrived, so unable to log on. Tried to contact via live chat. Typed in my query. Agent’s very first message was ‘was that for the $30 off?’ WTF? Totally unrelated to my query. Now wondering if it is a scam website. Avoid at all costs.

I am extremely impressed with the service this company has given. I ordered a washing machine, they delivered the next day, used a tracking app with delivery drivers and was 100% accurate on times. Drivers were very friendly and helpful. Thank you, will definitely buy from them again.
