Work not completed and I already paid for it.
Cannot get hold of technician or anybody at the company.
Worst service ever!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was able to quickly source the part I needed and received it quickly. Very good service

It was the exact specs as the original. And a whole lot more economical in price.

Oh I did receive my steamer basket, however the lid was damaged. The rest of the steamer was fine. I would like a replacement lead if possible. Thank you in advance

Ordered parts for my kitchen aid. 1 week later I’d not received a tracking number or the parts I ordered. I emailed customer service, no response. I did finally get a notification 2 days later that a shipping label had been created. It was 9 days from order placement to order fulfillment. No where did it specify back order or that it takes a week and a half to fulfill orders. I’d have ordered elsewhere if I’d known it was going to take that long.

I ordered a part they took my money. The part was supposed to be delivered in about 4 days. After the 5th or 6th day ,I called only to be put on hold and then transferred to a voice recording. They did email me back saying they had the part on back order to give them a few days to get more stock. I then tried calling again unsuccessfully after 11 days had passed and put on automated message again. I typed that I need my part in 2 days or my money back. They immediately sent my money back. This business accepts orders when they don't have the part and it was impossible to talk to a person with the number provided. although they refunded my money quickly I would not recommend this business. There practices are shoddy and deceptive in my opinion.

Oven element died in an explosive display so we replaced it. Oven would not heat up. Thanks to the guidance from applianceparts365, we replaced the control panel. The part was easy to find and checkout was simple. Shipping was much quicker than expected. Great prices!

Part fit and fixed problem. I did not receive any confirmation of order and when we tried to contact to verify that order was placed we got no response. I was pleasantly surprised to receive part on time.

i received a part which didn’t fit the appliance i had put in the model # and then upon emailing them was told to follow this link and apparently i have to rate them before i return the product? so am confused at this point.
