Website is a scam. If you call the phone number, no one answers. They have a retail website in addition to this website. The retail website shows the parts I ordered out of stock but the applianceparts365.com website is just a placeholder with incomplete inventory information.

I had read some reviews on line that weren't very complimentary. Based on my experience, I got exactly what I ordered, my order was filled immediately, the mailing method I chose was spot on and my product arrived as advertised and quicker than I had anticipated. My experience was TOP NOTCH!

The gasket fit into place, it was delivered fast, will order from you in the again ..... when the time comes.

The shelf doesn't fit although it was said to be for my oven. There's no paperwork with it as to how or where to return it.

I still haven't received my order. Nobody has contacted me and I have messaged multiple times.

It seems like the part was used or very old. Order# 1288391. Within a few days the part was leaking. It's a one and done purchase for me. Return was approved; however, you have to pay for shipping again. Not worth it.

I received the wrong product. I tried the chat room to rectify situation. I was asked what part # did I receive. I responded I had no idea but I know part # I was expecting. I was instructed to look on the 'box' to find the part #. It did not come in a box, I responded, and there is no part # on the plastic bag it was packed in. It was in a white and gray bag with another cellophane bag jammed on top. This piece has one 'handle'; what I need has 3. Don't know date of online conversation for sure because I don't know how to print out that information.

I received them as expected. It was a little slower with the ship time than another company I have been using but I found what I needed for here for half the cost of the other place.

The part worked as promised. The only thing I'm extremely pissed about is I paid for the express 2-3 day shipping and it took 5 business dats to get here. Dont waste your money on the express shipping!!!

They gave me a great price and it arrived when it was supposed to. The only thing I could say was ship item a little sooner. I ordered it on March 30 th and received it on April 10th.

I ordered a replacement lint filter for about 1/3 the cost of other options. Quality isn't as high as original but I think it'll do the job.

Everything went wrong with my transaction and it's clear, the people that work for and own Appliance Parts365 don't hold themselves accountable or to any dignified standard.
