If you see a piece you'd like to buy, do not buy it, if you are depending on a certain delivery time. The system confirmed our choice and size, and I paid right away, plus paid extra for 2-day- delivery. But I did not hear back from the company at all for days, after I paid, them saying later that my phone and computer must have been off, broken or whatever. ?? Only so much can be off...
It turned out, the piece was not even in stock in the ordered size. In the end, I had to take the ring in the bigger size, and paid even more money, for over-night-delivery... and had to size it down at my costs too.
It was a very bad experience and I took the ring because I needed it for a certain time and occasion.

Purchased a gold crucifix chain for my now husband as a wedding gift. It was absolutely perfect and I just could not find anything else like it on the internet. Apples of gold also happens to be the real deal and the quality of the jewelry is top notch. So happy with this purchase and would definitely purchase again or recommend them.

Thank you so much for the prompt customer service. I ordered our wedding bands from Apples of Gold. There was a small issue with my order because I was having it customized in a different width than was online, but my emails were returned with a resolution in hours and my order was shipped out the next day. We got our bands within 2 business days and we couldn’t be happier. The rings are gorgeous! They are such good quality. All the ones in the stores near us felt flimsy and cheap. Apples’ rings have weight and just feel solid and better made. Highly recommend.

I purchased a diamond and amethyst engagement ring from Apples of Gold back in 2015, and this year, my wife accidentally chipped the stone . I sent the ring to them for repair (which was at a very reasonable cost) and they handled the repair with over-the-top customer service. Constant and personal communication, and first-class work. They even arranged to send the ring back to me at the hotel I was staying at on a business trip. The ring now looks better than new! Highest recommendation!
