I worked with Afshin directly to pick out the right crucifix to fit my necklace and my budget. He was very knowledgeable and always quick to respond. With a large investment such as gold jewelry I wanted to make sure I was buying from a reputable source, and not your local jewelry store with inflated prices (rent isn’t cheap in CA). I will definitely be doing business with Apples of Gold in the future.

I lost my wedding ring and wanted to get it replaced as soon as possible. Afshin at Apples of Gold Jewelry had in made and delivered to me in less than a week! This company is the best. I give it my highest recommendation!

I bought an 18 current gold cross. Necklace, and it had a little blemish. And they mailed me a new one. I'm just happy as a clam at high tide. Very good people. I would definitely buy here again.

The customer service is kind and personal, and they do their best to meet your needs!
However, I had to place multiple orders because the first craftsman absolutely refused to make adjustments or work with me on adjusting the ring.
The second order was a mix. The initial request went through fine, expectations were being met, until the follow up phone call. I had to restate all of the design criteria all over again, because it was either ignored or not written down. The renders came late because he forgot to email them to me. The initial renders were mostly what I wanted, except the accent stones were the wrong size.
The second render was delayed because of the first, and I thought they had fixed all of my concerns. They fixed some of them. And introduced other incongruencies.
The rings look nice, but they ordered and set the wrong accent stone sizes.
The metal bands are nice, but feel and sound like a totally different metal than the first order. I requested sterling silver.

The whole look is wrong because all of the accent stones on the wedding band and engagement ring are too small. They don't even come close to the requested size.
At least the main set pieces are correct and are pretty! That is the one main thing I wanted fixed in the first place.

I placed an order for the 14k White Gold His Banner Over Me Was Love Diamond Cross Necklace and It was everything and more than I expected! The quality craftsmanship of the cross is exquisite and the diamonds placed perfectly! The customer service is excellent. When I inquired about the status of my order, Mr. Yaghtin responded in a matter of hours!!! I will be using them in again for my jewelry needs!

I ordered a Sterling Silver Crucifix and matching chain. After receiving the Crucifix I was incredibly please with the quality and detail for such a good price. However, on the order receipt it said the chain shipped separately but the chain that was labeled was the incorrect size. I reached out to ApplesofGold via their text option on their website. I sent the message after hours and they quickly replied and expedited shipping for the correct chain. Incredibly pleased with both the products and customer service. Really nice to see companies that go above and beyond!! Will definitely shop again!
